Exceeded expectations!
Went with my family, and it was a good space for three. Not too tight, not too small. These hotels are regularly small which is expected, but we were comfortable. I recommend this place highly for solo, or for 2-3 people. Just make sure no one snores. ;) Good luck!

Very convenient and wonderful stay!
My partner and I stayed here for a week, and overall it was a great experience for us. The staff were super friendly, professional, and they even helped us arrange luggage delivery service to our next hotel in Kyoto. The breakfast buffet there had a great variety of food, rooms were cleaned, and the hotel was conveniently located outside a train station, stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The only con that I had at this hotel is that their bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my comfort, but I would come here again in the future. :)

Ideally located for ease of access to most sights
The hotel has an impressive entrance and the room was a reasonable size for a single traveller but a bit tight for two or more with suitcases etc. It’s located above Shiodome station so perfect for getting in and around the Tokyo sights, and within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and other sights. The breakfast selection was good.

Worth staying at this hotel. Room is big enough, even for 2 big luggage. Even though it is near office area, but the nearby train lines brings you to different part of Tokyo easily.

Was very pleased by the area as well as the pleasant service. The hotel is conveniently placed in the middle of a major train station so it was really accessible to shops and dining. Would not mind staying here again.

Villa fountaine in Shiodome is the perfect location and a great value for the money. Upscale business hotel in an upscale Sumitomo office tower in an upscske area with walking distance to key subway Shiodome station from where every destination is very easy - the airports, the Shinkansen Tokyo station - everything. The breakfast buffet is excellent to boot.

We stayed a week at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were generous for Tokyo standards, we had our bed. Room for a couch, a small table. The bathroom was very compact but the plastic tub/shower with only enough room for one person to use at a time. However, water pressure was great! Towels and bins emptied everyday with full clean every 3 days but you can ask for this daily. There’s amenities down in the foyer and some in the room. Brekky was adequate but not much variety across the days so got a little boring after a few days. However, it had a small continental breakfast station, udon, pastries, salad, fruit sections. What I really liked most was the location. We wanted something slightly away from the bustle and bustle and with many transport options and this was it! Gym is tiny with 4 pieces of equipment and no free weights or space to do body weight exercises. You can easily walk via underground or overhead walkways to many train lines without 5-10min including G, E, A, Y and the JR lines. Would recommend!

The rooms were a bit small but it makes up for the other services: laundry, breakfast buffet (paid extra - from cereal to salad, rice, udon, bakery, drinks (juices, tea and coffee) and cooked breakfast), ice machine available on all floors and free drinks at certain time for hotel guests. They have gym facility but I didn’t use it during my stay. English speaker - not many but if you use a translator app that won’t be too much of an issue. The hotel is right outside of Shiodome station. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would visit it again.
