Clean and cosy hotel in good location w/ no frills

Staff were friendly and location was pretty good but limited facilities and the room wasn’t the nicest. It was clean and comfortable enough just a tad cosy and not the best style/layout. Overall price was okay compared to other hotels in Tokyo but you don’t get much for your money in Tokyo unfortunately. Fine for a work trip or casual holiday but probably not the place for a special occasion.

This our hotel of preference in Tokyo. The rooms are comfortable and big by Japanese standards and it is in a convenient location - 20 minutes walk from Tokyo station and 5 minutes from the Hibaya line on the metro.

Good location, nice staff, clean room

We had a good stay with my 5 month old baby. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff was kind and nice! Amenity bar was cool! We would like to stay next time again!

Roomy hotel with clean pjs, nice breakfast buffet however not much food options i.e. limited vegetables or fruits. Hotel was a bit old but quite clean, a bit disappointed with tv which only had local channnels. Free toiletries and drinking water were a nice bonus though.

Very comfortable clean room with helpful staff. We were able to check in 3 hours early which was wonderful after traveling and walking in the hot humid weather. Handy coin-operated laundry facility. Breakfast buffet was mediocre offering many options but Denny’s across the street offered great options at half the price.

A fantastically located hotel with good amenities. Plenty of family restaurants around the area, as well as many great local eateries and bars. Convenience stores are in almost every corner nearby, and Hatchobori station is within a 1 minute walk. Easily walkable to Ginza and Tokyo Station also. The facilities themselves are somewhat dated now, but very comfortable overall and staff were excellent.

We had booked the hotel for five nights, but after the delivery of the room, we noticed that the hotel was dirty and old. The toilet and bathroom were very dirty and old, and the corners of the room were full of dirt and garbage, and we canceled the stay after one night. And we went to another hotel

This property is well positioned near some important transit making getting around Tokyo very easy and accessible. There are also a few convenience stores right next to the property which were great for daily needs. The entire place was clean and the staff were extremely helpful, overall it was a great experience.
