Is a small hotel but super small. Is a decent facility if you want to explore tokyo. Great view of the tower and close to plenty of food restaurants , the train station, parks And temples ypu would like to visit . Dont expect it to be a big hotel room. Is small but convenient for the price they charge .

Generally this is a good business hotel. The room is very small and as others have said it is difficult to open your luggage. One solution would be to take the necessary items from your suitcase then store the suitcase on the 2nd floor.

I really loved this hotel! The room is small which is pretty standard across Tokyo but there are so many areas to conveniently place your shopping bags and luggage (including an area under the bed). They let you store your luggage on the day of your arrival and departure which is very convenient. The staff were all very nice and the room and common areas were clean. Not all the staff speak English but it was easy for me to learn a few phrases for what I needed or to use Google Translate. I did laundry in the coin laundry machine while I was there. I recommend spending a bit more for a room with a view of Tokyo tower - it was spectacular to look at every morning and night. The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations (one which goes to Haneda Airport very easily), a convenience store, grocery store, and pharmacy. If you are using Yamato Transport to send your luggage to the airport, there is a convenient drop off location 2 minutes away. The subway lines take you to spots like the Ueno Zoo, shopping in Akihabara, or dining in Ginza in under 30 minutes, although it was a bit further to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku. You can walk to the Tokyo Tower in about 20 minutes. The wifi was very fast and reliable. Overall, I definitely recommend!

Great hotel for solo travelers
I booked this hotel last minute for an extended trip. The self check-in process was a little tricky since you had to start it on your phone but was definitely worth it. There’s a lot of food options in the area as well as connected to the hotel (I didn’t get a chance to try it). The room itself was very nice and clean, perfect for a solo traveler or business trips.

The hotel is very unique with a self-service concept. There are unmanned robots behind the counter for entertainment. There is staff onsite for various services such as “meet and greets” for special rooms like the Tokyo Tower room. There are restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s a great hotel for short stays. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the beds because they were very firm and uncomfortable.
