We enjoyed the space in the standard twin room and also the natural light from the 2 large windows. The only downside was that the shower head in the bathroom was leaking. We only stayed one night so that was fine. The area around the hotel was quiet and safe. It was also close to a supermarket and restaurants which was great.

Basic accommodation but very convenient for the airport monorail. Easy access to Ginza and Tokyo Tower area. Very helpful staff, rapid response to queries. Best to have breakfast elsewhere, nice cafes nearby.

Great hotel for first time trip to Tokyo
It was our first time in Tokyo and Henn na hotel is great! Check in and check out is super easy on automated screens with multiple languages available. Room was clean and fit our open luggages plus many shopping bags. Beautiful view of the Tokyo tower as well! Hamamatsucho is definitely a business district so less touristy and quieter— which was sometimes nice after the hustle of the busy places we visited during the day. Super close to the train station.

If you don’t need any help with staff, it would be great to stay there. Most things are that you have to do by yourself eg. check-in and out. The neighborhood is very convenient and quiet.

Location is great. Was disappointed to see the biggest room I could book was the least renovated room. Also when the cleaners came around, they left everything smelling link wet damp clothes. Actually booked another hotel in Tokyo for 5 nights to escape the smell.

Tokyo room for two
Overall a satisfactory experience. Booked for two at the tokyo room for a week and the room is quite small, which I've heard is normal for hotels around Tokyo. The view of Tokyo Tower was beautiful, not sure if it makes up for the small space. Check in/ check out was easy and had english options. There are no reception staff (two robots), but there are staff available when necessary. Hotel is in a nice, quiet area, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and multiple train lines. It is also close to the Yamato shipping service for transferring luggage.

The hotel itself is advertised as having a view of Tokyo Tower, which is true. However if you are not on the top floor of the hotel the view itself is heavily obstructed. If youre looking to find a reasonably priced view of Tokyo Tower you are better off choosing another hotel or finding a building with an observation floor, otherwise the room was quite nice, the bath is above average size, and there were a few washers and dryers on the property.
