We stayed in a Junior Suite with 2 toddlers and 3 adults. It was spacious (for Tokyo) standards and it was great to have a separate living/dining space to the bedroom. The area is convenient with an Aeon supermarket downstairs and 7eleven across the road. The short walk to both Okubo and Shinokubo on the JR line was very conveninent. It was a great stay!

Close to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya
Great room. We were happy to find a hotel so close to the JR line. It is a short train ride to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya with no train transfer needed. Great price for a 3 bed option. Staff was very nice. I also found out that they have free luggage storage if you leave for a few days and are returning.

For a family of 5 the room we booked was excellent. Everyone had their own bed and there was a family table to eat together. Great thing was the in room washing machine. They had bigger ones downstairs but to be able to wash clothes in your room was great! Stations were close by. Lots of food options near by.

I liked that the laundry facilities was free of charge. It was a bit hard to find at first. I liked that my room had a microwave and refrigerator. It was great that the hotel was within walking distance of the train station, convenience stores, and restaurants.

The property was very close to Shin-Okuba station which is on the Yamamoto Line which is extremely central. A little expensive for what it is. Staff very helpful and fairly good english. Close to 7/11. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay overall, both the hotel and staff are first rate. The location is a little further from the heart of Shinjuku than I would like, approximately seven minutes using the nearby station, but the staff were always helpful and the rooms are well maintained and comfortable.
