The pool area with barbecue and bathroom. Ideal for families. Lovely villa. Clean. Spacious. Great hosts.
Lovely villa. Spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Everything you needed was there from ironing board to kitchen items. The owners were lovely. Offered to take us to the supermarket when we arrived which was fantastic. Picked up and dropped us at the airport. Again great. Pool was lovely. Pureto Del Carmen was a little further away from the villa than we thought but taxis weren’t too bad to get there. A very relaxing holiday.

Very spacious clean villa in a great setting. Slightly further away from Puerto Del Carmen than thought but local bars/restaurants excellent value for money and friendly. A real home from home.

Ideal for peace and quiet
Villa was ideal for us and had everything you needed. Yohanys left us a welcome pack as we arrived late and when the gas ran out a refill arrived within 30 minutes. Very clean, had a modern kitchen loads of wardrobe space and a fantastic barbecue area with gas hob sink and a fridge. Towels and linen were changed and pool was cleaned while we were there and there is a washing machine if needed. It’s a twenty minute walk to the centre of Tías which has bars restaurants and a modern supermarket. The taxi service is excellent but I would definitely recommend a car. I have nothing negative to say about the villa.

Great views and great property
We loved the villa and the pool! We loved the views and the setting. it was lovely and spacious and just what we wanted. We loved the island in the kitchen which made things really easy. There was lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. A lovely relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again.

Wir waren fast den gesamten November hier. Das Haus war top hergerichtet und ausgestattet. Dank an Yohanys, die sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar ist und sofort reagiert, wenn nötig. Der Außenbereich ist gänzlich privat, Pool herrlich, wird 2x wö gereinigt. Im Haus selbst sind vor allem die Sitzmöbel im WZ doch recht in die Jahre gekommen und deshalb unbequem. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren Abende und Nächte kühl, weshalb wir sie drinnen verbrachten. Das Haus war für unser Empfinden, vielleicht auch wegen der Jahreszeit, ziemlich kalt.Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit auf unserer Lieblingsinsel wieder genossen und mit besseren Sitzmöbeln würden wir vielleicht einen weiteren Aufenthalt im Casa Bellavista ins Auge fassen.

Ein tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage
Zusammengefasst: ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit viel Platz , insbesondere für einen längeren Urlaub. Die große und komplett ausgestattete Küche, alle Räume mit Klimaanlage und der schöne Poolbereich laden zum Urlaub ein. Das Haus liegt ruhig und zentral für Ausflüge und Shoppingcenter, dennoch ist man schnell zurück um den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung zu genießen aber als wäre das noch nicht genug gibt es die tolle Rundumbetreuung von Yohanys, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Dies ist sicher eines der Topangebote auf Lanzarote.

Viel Platz und herzliche Vermieter
Um es vornweg zu nehmen: wir sind mit nicht ganz kleinen Erwartungen nach Lanzarote geflogen und diese wurden nicht enttäuscht. Casa Bellavista liegt im Süden der Insel, nur 10 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt in einem am Hang gelegenen Wohngebiet. Vom Esszimmer aus hat man einen sehr guten Ausblick auf die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge. Lärm haben Sie aber kaum gemacht - lediglich am Abend haben wir sie hin und wieder gehört. Zu den Stränden von Puerto del Carmen sind es ca. 10 min, zu den Paraguayostränden ca. 25 min. Da Lanzarote sehr überschaubar ist, sind alle schönen Flecken in weniger als einer Autostunde erreichbar. Der Bäcker ist etwa 1,5 km (Auto), 1 km (joggen) entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt ebenso. Ein evtl. Mietwagen (ist anzuraten!) kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Casa Bellavista verfügt über viel Wohnfläche: besonders schön ist das Elternschlafzimmer im 1. Stock mir eigenem Bad und Balkon mit fantastischem Ausblick. Auch die Küche ist weitläufig, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auf der schönen Terrasse haben wir viele Spieleabende verbracht und den Pool täglich genutzt: Auch der war gepflegt und wurde in der Hälfte der Zeit von Johanys gereinigt. Der Grill, die Aussenküche: alles tipptopp. Sogar das Trampolin durften die Kinder mitbenutzen - Danke dafür! Und Johanys? Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an trotz Corona-Massnahmen, die sie sehr ernst nimmt, willkommen gefühlt. Hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Was uns als Lanzaroteneulinge doch etwas erstaunt hat: der Wind war tatsächlich immer und überall - und so pfiff er uns auch nachts um die Ohren. Für Menschen die mit Wind nichts anfangen können, ist Lanzarote nicht gerade die 1. Wahl. Danke Johanys!

Casa Bellavista
Sencillamente espectacular. La bienvenida, la amabilidad de sus gestores, concretamente la Sra. Johanys, excelente, nos hizo sentir como en casa y eso es lo más importante. En cuanto a las instalaciones son mejores que lo que se aprecia en las fotos, que ya eran bastantes buenas. Si tengo que poner un pero, es solamente que la señal wifi está concentrada en el salón de la casa, y en determinadas horas nos colapsabamos allí para coger linea. Lo sé estábamos de vacaciones pero internet según como se use, te ayuda a estar también de vacaciones, te mantiene conectado con la isla y con el mundo. Creo que se puede resolver con un simple TP-Link en cada habitación. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta residencia a todo viajero que quiera estar a gusto y equidistante a toda la isla , a 20 minutos de cualquier sitio por distante que sea. Mil gracias, por todo.
