The front counter staffs are very helpful and proactive, the location of hotel is convenient. The bus/MRT/hugh speed rail stations are less than 10mins away.

Stunningly beautiful hotel for a great price and location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service, cleaning and maintenance were very fast in dealing with all issues. Only downside is that the pool is too cold even when the temperature outside was above 25 Celsius. No one hardly used it which is unfortunate as it has such a great view! Would definitely come back.

Great but warm room upon our return
Everything was great. My only gripe was the room temperature would reset to 25 Celsius when we returned to the room after a hot day in Taipei. Had to manually drop it back to the lowest setting at 18 Celsius. Would like to have the room cooler when entering the room

It is surely value for money. The hotel room is spacious and rare to find a room with 3 sizeable beds. Maybe a bit far in New Taipei City but still, the condition and service worth the distance. Very closed to train, bus or subway station. Nearby residential and can get easy food and others. Great stay.
