I’ve stayed in literally hundreds of hotels. This is the first where they didn’t make up our room unless we specifically asked for it to be done. Apparently they only do it every two days unless you ask. They do not advise you of this upon check in. Great location with lots of dining options within walking distance (of several blocks)

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great in restaurant as was staff especially on Thanksgiving. The first room door was broken so we were quickly moved to new room . Room Heat/AC was ok but not consistent. Room was very large, great view of water, good firm bed with good pillows, shower was interest- needs a note to show where interesting knob is to move water from faucet to overhead shower. Location was great , quiet and somewhat safe. Nice restaurant options in Tacoma and easy highway access. We will go back for sure!

The HVAC duct in our room whistled all night long. It was louder than max volume on my cell phone. We got absolutely zero sleep and left at 5am. Front desk staff was not receptive to issue. Will not stay here again.
