I stayed at this hotel Less Than 3 weeks ago and it was pretty good so that's why I decided to come back for Christmas Eve and celebrate my birthday, when I checked in I was hit with an unexpected charge that was not either on their website or through hotels.com. the extra charge was $8 a night for parking. I don't mind paying for parking if that's what it requires, but what was so upsetting is that it was a hidden charge that was not known about until I checked in

Worth the stay!
I would definitely select this hotel again during my Washington State travels. It was right next to the Federal Way "The Commons" shopping and it offered multiple eateries to choose from.

Room was worn out. Shower had a metal piece hanging off the shower door and black grime showing where it should have been attached. Half of the toilet paper holder was broken and missing. Just a general lack of upkeep. I didn’t like that there was a parking fee when there was a huge lot and not very many cars in it. Staff were fine but did not seem to care about their work. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Overall I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other places of similar price to try.

when we got there we found out the tv wasnt working they did try to offer us a different room though we turned it down they did have someone try to come in and look at it Qu and cosmo the handmen where amazin trying everything they could to fix it.. every single one of the front desk where soo very nice and helpful...
