Brilliant views but not stroller friendly location if u wanted to venture out. Being elevated means even the pavements had lots of stairs. We ordered room service for my 2yo son, just a pasta. It was $27 and they charge $10 delivery.

Great location, spacious room with harbour view, comfy beds, good facilities, bountiful buffet breakfast, helpful staff, value for money Decor a bit tired and dated, understaffed. Could be better soundproofing between interconnecting rooms. A bustling hive of activity, one of the busiest hotels ever stayed in, with appeal it seemed to all ages. If you are looking for a serene couples getaway it might not be for you. Pool/whirlpool area very popular with families & this area felt like a holiday park not a 5star hotel If you value well located & accessible to sights (& harbour views) it’s a great choice.

Room was excellent. Great view of harbour. The top floor bar and restaurant sound like a great idea but they lacked atmosphere. Food in the rooftop restaurant was average. The view was great, but the wow factor was missing because it was much the same as the view from our room.
