Initially there was a discrepancy with the type of room booked. However the Shangri-La quickly & efficiently sorted it out. Very high standards of quality & services. All staff courteously, friendly & always ready to help. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable, and perfectly positioned to walking distance from so much stuff. The staff was a cut above. I would like to mention Wisky, Daniel, Colin, Ricardo and Tara (possibly misspelled). They were just a few that I would like to highlight but honestly they were all amazing!!! I woul definitely stay here again and again!

Great check-in and staff very helpful overall. Less than great service at the Blu Bar on evening of Monday 16 … stood around waiting to be seated while staff walked past but said nothing. Very slow delivery for drinks in what did not seem to be a very busy bar. Smokes once delivered, however! Overall, had a lovely stay.

Only issue was the check in which was difficult, we had checked in early then came back when room was ready. A lady took us out of the que to help but then could not verify our identity??? Eventually back to the desk and the girl did it all within 30 seconds. Not sure why or how but was not a great look.
