Amazing location, clean room and lovely staff. The view of the harbour, Bridge and Opera House from the rooftop pool is breathtakingly beautiful. Highly recommend.

Excellent view from our 7th floor room over the harbour. Room was spacious and clean. Easy walking distance to the cruise ship terminal. The only minor negative was the mildew around the bath/sink and floor tile. We would certainly stay here again.

Paid extra for opera house view and had a cruise ship blocking the view for half our stay We appreciate the hotel cannot control this but maybe should warn that the view may be interrupted Hotel a bit tired and not very clean, to remote control dirty and broken Breakfast good and staff helpful

Great location, handy for all transport links (although not airport direct) and lots of restaurants. Awesome markets on the weekend. Hotel itself is very dated and rooms quite small and worn out. Amazing views from our room and rooftop, UNTIL a cruise ship turns up and then that locks everything. Very disappointed about this as paid extra to stay there and have a room with a view and then the view was blocked most of the time. The price should be adjusted down because of this. Very noisy Friday and Saturday nights with the bars and restaurants playing very loud music until the early hours of the morning and this as helped by the windows not being sealed.
