Great location, a bit old room though
This hotel is in great location and walking distance to Opera house, botanic garden, shopping centers,... The mattress and equipment in the room looks for more a 3 start hotel than 4. Breakfast and service is good.

Great facility with wonderful staff. The location was outstanding. Just steps away from loads of wonderful restaurants, the Circular Quay, week-end street market. Loved this location. A little noisy on Saturday night (our room was on the second floor), but the noise was tolerable after we shut our window. Highly recommend.

loved the hotel but was disappointed to find no soap in our room,had to call and was told they were out of stock,they did manage to somehow find some and brought it to our room. but overall, a lovely hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast.

I am going to request a refund for valet parking I wasn’t informed it was $75/night The staff member that was going to get my car handed me the keys to get it myself as she couldn’t drive a manual When I went to get in my car it was parked so close to a wall I had to climb in from the passenger side to get into the driver seat

Only good thing is location
Checked in late after dinner and asked about parking and they said the hotel’s parking was full for the night and they sent me to a nearby garage. I went back early in the morning to get my car. $125 AUD for the night parking. We know there’s closer parking that does not cost that much. Front desk was snobby about the whole thing. Room was old, small and in rough condition. Location and view was good. Nothing else. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

The location simply can’t be beaten. Rooms were slightly on the basic side but sparkling clean and comfortable. Staff delightful and very helpful. We had the cheapest level room so if you wanted something more basic there seemed to be options for you.
