Terrible / Avoid !!

Location is great however completely run down hotel / apartment for derelicts who seem to live there full time. Dirty hallways, dirty rooms. Loud aircon, smell of smoke, dogs barking. Cheap furniture and it feels like it. 10am check out to top it all off. Terrible hotel and Oaks HQ should be ashamed.

Property looked old and tired. Not worth the price we paid for it. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was poor. Air conditioning was loud. Lift was small old & slow. Having a lift pass and room key was annoying.

Very clean and a very convenient location. My room was a bit dated and the hallway to my room smelled of cigarette smoke. Good spa and pool.
