My bathroom sink was a bit clogged. Pillows luxurious im sure but too high for me. Other than that, awesome. need your pass to get to your floor, so if friends on another floor, u cant get to them, but good for safety.

During my stay, the hotel's electrical switchboard malfunctioned twice, cutting power to my room and producing toxic smoke. Because the doors are electric, I could not exit the room without someone from reception manually opening it from the otherside, which added to the stress and safety concerns. The situation left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.
