Quaint cosy hotel in accessible location
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Medusa❤️ the hitel is cosy ahd quaint. It has a bright courtyard too. my room had a balcony which was perfect for my morning coffee time. The location is in a relatively quiet area ( there is a bar opposite but the noise is manageable. My room faced it. It quietens down by 10 pm) yet close to Kings’ Cross station - about 3-4 min walk. Lots of cafes around. Coles is 3 min walk. Botanical Gatdens is a 20 min walk through scenic roads. It was perfect for my 3 night stay. Jacqui us very helpful and supportive too🙏

A very disappointing experience service wise. I left a pair of shoes in the room. I called and emailed and texted the next day to ask for them to retrieve them. Not until a day later did I get a response to say they could t see them but would check with housekeeping. It took them a daily call to respond to me by email three days later to check with housekeeping and to say they couldn’t find them and they may have been thrown away. Very, very upsetting - and disappointing.

Super hotel.
Lovely hotel in a super neighbourhood. Owner Jesse was very helpful. We arrived early morning after a 24 hour flight and a hot journey from the airport. He provided a shower room so that we could freshen-up as our room was being prepped. A nice bottle of wine and box of chocs was in the room for us when the room was ready for us. A lovely touch- thank you.
