Check in staff did not charge credit card fee, and took 20 minutes to try and fix. Finally gave up and said would email my receipt which I have not received. Given a single queen bed room when booked a 2 bed double. Office closed and property fully booked so unable to change. VERY Annoying, will never stay there again.

Didn’t like that the water was being turned off at 9am or earlier - checkout was 10am. No offer of any bottled water just in case it was needed and no offer of a discount, just recommended we showered before bed! Also a very noisy neighbour that turned his tv on at 4am exceptionally loud. Won’t stay there again.

Our stay was very good. The location of this property was the main attraction for us as it is an easy walk to central Campbelltown. After many years of being a member of Hotels.com it is the first time that when redeeming a reward night (of which I did not use the whole value) that I was charged tax over and above at the property.

The property is conveniently located from the motorway and staff are accommodating. The rooms are very clean and tidy and secure, but a little dated and maintenance needed, eg washers replace as tap keeps dripping and sink doesn’t drain easily
