It was clean and tidy but is all a bit tired. Shower taps dripped and leaks onto bathroom floor all day. Basin tap loose in fitting and spins around. Paint job shoddy around light fittings etc. carpets not thread bare but showing age. Staff were friendly and location of Ibis is good. Not the worst but not the best

Property needs major renovation. Carpets, tiles, furniture in the room in very bad shape, specially carpets, just disgusting Public area ok but chairs in a dinning area look like collection from a rummage sale.

The kitchen wasn't open on the Monday. Once I did eat at the restaurant to food was bland and took about 20 minutes to order as you needed to order and at the bar and they had one staff member serving both drinks and taking orders. The place was inside noisy I could hear the person next door having loud conversations all night. The walk to the ICC was not as easy as it seemed you need to walk through many many layers of a car park which on the first day got me lost and very wet. Not value for money as the other Ibis are.
