Comfortable & spacious in the middle of Chinatown.
The property is a little old and the furniture is old and run-down too. However, the size of the apartment is adequate and the location is outstanding. There are probably a couple of hundred places to eat within a two minute walk. My stay was for only two days but I will definitely stay here again for a longer stay. The price is right.

Housekeeping was non-existent - multiple times things I requested at Reception were not brought up to the room in spite of me being told housekeeping would drop them off eg in an hour (two hours I requested again and then at the end of the day - some 9 hours later I went and collected myself. ) TV reception was also poor. Location is great except noisy and seedy at night. Value for money with room - spacious and comfortable beds.

Our room was large and spacious with its own balcony. The kitchen was adequate. It was lovely to have a full size fridge and a laundry. Price was reflective of being in SYDNEY CBD but still too expensive given the age and condition of the room.

Although cheap I did expect to place to at least have better beds and be clean. The beds are so uncomfortable with cheap lumpy mattresses. The bedside lamp is a cheap Anko one that buzzed and so was clearly faulty. Despite reporting the lamp issues on the first of our 5 day stay nothing was done. The bathroom had mould and soap scum in the grout. It's dated and needs a refurbishment. It is located in a great spot and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was fine but, in my opinion, not ideal for 65 people. The footpath access is narrow and the bed configuration not suitable as the bed was against the wall on one side.
