The staff were very lovely, helpful, and friendly. The room its self was mostly clean. The floor appeared to need a better sweep. I was told I got an upgrade but not sure what the upgrade was. The neighbors upstairs though were very loud. They appeared to be residents maybe. I’m not sure they’re use to people being under them if so. The room also vibrated. Sounds strange I know. I was awoken throughout the night due to a strong vibration when laying in bed. At first I thought I was going crazy, but the 2nd night it happened again. Waking me out a dead sleep. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay. I also liked how there was dining options within walking distance.

Nice spot near the marina,. reasonable value.
Nice rooms, although you could hear movement in the apartment above, and the air-conditioning was very loud with the unit roaring outside the window. Room was clean, and had a good array of plates, glasses etc. Wish they didn't use individual toiletries, and would be good to have some direction or bin option to seperate rubbish. Studios didn't have an allocated car park so it was Russian roulette trying to get one near the room, this a key design flaw. Pool area was nice with lots of seating.

We enjoyed our stay thanks. I was disappointed though that despite being a smoke free venue (and clearly written everywhere and on our check in information), the studio next to us frequently smoked and the smells drift into our studio.

Parking Spaces too small.Unit dark and dingy.Needed lights on all all day.Ranchslider would not open even with key.toilet roll holder and door stops need fixing.Needs new vanity mirror.Vanity and kitchen units need to be replaced as they are falling apart. When booking this accommodation the photos of the rooms/properties available looked decent for a 2-4 day stay. The accommodation we stayed in was lacking in several areas. The balcony doors in the upstairs bedroom didn’t lock, the oven/grill did not work, the hot water in the kitchen went from cold to 3rd degree burns in about 5 seconds, there was ants EVERYWHERE and in EVERYTHING. The biggest issue we had was the paper thin walls and any time anyone moved within the conjoined 3 townhouses the whole place rocked, this included going up and down stairs, when the Neighbours engaged in intercourse or when people decided to pack and leave at 4am. The subpar to average accommodation is somewhere I won’t be recommending to friends or family.

Amazing, relaxing time!
Noosa Lakes resort was everything we’d hoped for our quick romantic getaway. The apartment had everything you could need as if being in your own home, including free access to washing machine and dryer within our own apartment, all the cooking utensils etc. the lagoon was big and most of the time not busy. There is a restaurant near the entrance of the resort and plenty of food options within walking distance. We found a couple of dead cockroaches within the apartment, but happy to know that the apartment had been pest controlled. We will definitely be back again with the whole family.

The Noosa Lakes is a lovely resort. The pools are amazing!!The depth of two pools gentle slopes to around 5 ft and a large shallower pool is perfect for toddlers up. The temp of the water perfect and the area provides beautiful greenery and a bbq area with toilets. The units are lovely with balconies. Our unit had a strange smell from the drain and pillows in the cupboard weren't fresh linen, but otherwise we were very happy. Lovely Vietnamese restaurant on the corner of the resort. Not many grocery options if you dont have a car..Woolworths was a 10-15 minute walk. Super close to the Marina and ferry/bus services to Hasting st and the Tea Tree walk which is gorgeous.. Always entertainment at the Marina. Drinks were expensive. Heat was intense. But Noosa was beautiful for a quick stay lots of early night life (It does seem to shut early on a Saturday).

Had a pleasant two night stay here with my partner. Very walkable distance to the marina which has eateries and also the option to jump on the ferry to Hastings Street which I highly recommend! Unfortunately our shower was leaking, but it wasn't the end of the world. We also had very noisy neighbours stomping around above us, keeping us awake our last night and woke us up first thing the next morning. I think it might just be thin walls, so probably not much can be done!
