I would have to say the staff where extremely pleasant friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and inviting and the beds where very comfortable. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at the beach resort. We didn't get to use the pool because we spent most of our time down on the beach but the pool did look amazing with the waterfall going into it. The areas surrounding the pool also looked very inviting with plenty of seating and day beds to use. I would also like to write a big thank you to everyone at the resort, we had an amazing short 2 day break with you and are looking forward to staying with you again another time. 😃🌻

Lovely apartment block walking distance to shops, Surf Club and beautiful Coolum Beach (just across the road). The views of the ocean are amazing. The grounds are presented so neat and lovely and I was able to swim in the main pool which was very refreshing. I was scared to leave my car spot as parking is very minimal. So I ensured I walked everywhere if needed. My ocean view hotel room was very neat with everything I needed. The mattress of the bed was very soft and made my tired, old back ache. There wasn’t a shower caddy or shelf to put anything in the shower either. So items needed to go on the ground. Amazing shower size and shower heads though. Lift access with baggage trolleys available for easy access to room. Foxtel is available on the TV. Being a hotel room there was no microwave in there but I did have a kettle and basic cutlery/plates/cups. Honestly a lovely place to visit and I hope I get to return one day for longer.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious. Only thing that did not work for us was the spa tub/shower. we could not get into it; it was very high and there was no step up and we could not shower. on our two days stay. :(

we would highly recommend this property! our stay was so pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool areas, close to all amenities, clean room and stocked with everything we needed. A great walk in shower and right across from the beach.

As a return visitor I appreciate the new upgraded bathroom although the paint work needs some work and the chairs in the room had very dirty fabric on the arms. But I will probably be back as the location is perfect
