The first room there were noticeable hairs on the sheets and the room was near the elevators so there was alot of noticeable noise during the night but the staff was able to move us rooms the next day so that it was alot more quiet. Although the sheets looked better in the second room there were lots of hairs in the shower/stuck to the walls of the shower.

The bathroom is extremely small, and there doesn't seem to be an exhaust fan; it gets very hot very fast when showering. But, the rooms are good-sized, and the beds are comfortable. There's an outdoor pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub. This is a nice hotel, especially for the price.

We were disappointed about housekeeping. We stayed for 4 days and we did not have housekeeping once. We were told since Covid years, we have to ask for housekeeping. Not a very good excuse to cut service. We did ask for extra towels before we left for the day and it didn't happen. Breakfast was acceptable but it ran out of coffee one morning. The saving grace of tnis place is the amenities around. Cracker Barrel and a lovely BBQ place nearby. Krispy Kreme and gas station is closed and it is easier accessible from the highway, hence the noise.

Standing in water , room 320, as we took shower due to bad tin drain. Was not fixed after requested on first day. No TV remote in room. No cable TV stations. Food ran out at breakfast and was delayed in getting replaced.

Day 1 we checked in after 3pm, and were on the 4th floor. at 7 pm there were bags of either garbage or laundry still sitting in the hallway. Days after that there were garbage bags in the hallway. There were no cleaning people there any of those days. On our last day we noticed roaches in the dresser/utility cabinet drawers where the tv was. Other than that the staff was nice, breakfasts were good.
