Disappointing
We got to the room and one of the beds was unmade. We were so tired we stayed anyway but when we woke up we found A towel that had been folded and put on the rack had brown smears on it. Spills on the hall floor. I was really disappointed.

Three words for this review: Clean, Quiet, Breakfast! This place was cleaner than you would expect for the price. It was a great stay, quiet and cozy. The breakfast was above expectations!

Poorest stay in years. No coffee in room. Hot water in sink has to run 45 seconds to get hot. No soap. Liquid dispensers empty. Front desk said coffee back ordered and changing dispenser soap to another kind. At 4:30a in the morning the 24 hr lobby coffee was cold. At check in staff stepped away from me to look at a picture on a phone. Was poor form. I stay 50 nights a year and the little things matter. Breakfast was hit and fine and I tipped the attendants each day. Not their fault the rest of the stat was subpar.

The room was nice but the shower drain was clogged. The tub would immediately fill with water while trying to take a shower and there was 1-2” of water around my feet. Also, there was only 3 packs of decaf coffee inside the room, no caffeinated coffee.

Hotel was clean and up to date. I would have given 5 stars except that the water glasses and ice bucket were under night stand and I don’t know if this is why the maid might have missed replacing but the glasses had black mold growing around the rims. Yuk

This hotel is close to I-44, very quiet, clean, and safe. Several eating options close by, c including Cracker Barrel next door. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
