There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and towels when I first walked in. The water pressure sink had very little pressure. The wall paper was peeling.

The one lady at check in was very rude. She ignored me when I said hello and then when another guest came up she asked them “what do you want?”. The property is very tiny and very little room to move around the room.

Very cramped dirty room, only one bath towel in room, didn’t notice until we went to shower. . We were on first floor and the door looked like it had been kicked open or pried open and the locks didn’t feel adequate to protect us. For $500 a night and for Comfort Inn, I would expect more. I Would never stay there again.

The location was “Safe” and doable for walking distance to Times Square. The rooms were awful and the size of a room closet so if you’re not planning to be in the room then it’s perfect, otherwise it’s college dorm life.. The staff was friendly and for the price it’s doable in a pinch. The rooms not the cleanest but I’ve had worse, unfortunately.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. They even allowed us to leave our bags with them after check out so we could explore more of the city before our flight.

I had a great stay, all staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. Room was clean and not as small as I thought it would be based on other reviews. Breakfast area is small but I always managed to get a seat and there is option to take food to your room. Would definitely book again.
