It was a nice hotel, however our room had a used dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, a dirty foot print in our shower, "oregano" crumbs stuck under the glass of one of our tables, the other glass table had finger nail clippings stuck in it, and then there was a brown chunk of what im hoping was a piece of brownie or cake or something on the floor.....

In addition to being very near the Fox Theatre, the concept of the property was appealing during my search. My wife and i absolutely loved everything about this property: decor, the penthouse art lounge, the food and most importantly, the service and friendliness from ALL staff members! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The best part was the walking distance to fabulous Fox. The room was nice. Both bars closed at 9:00 so you could not have a drink after the show. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 but was delayed 30 minutes so we didn’t have breakfast. I didn’t have time to wait. The staff was very nice.

The king/ Green Room was visualy appealing. It was clean and comfortable. The garment steamer, glass mugs for coffee, and the art were a few of the things noticed and appreciated. The staff was courteous. The noise level was low throughout the hotel. Utilizing their outdoor parking lot for an extra fee was convenient and most beneficial for our plans. We plan to stay again if ever in that area again.
