Our room had KY behind the bed and some drippage down the side. There is no hot tub. The staff were helpful and kind.

Every person on the staff we interacted with was awesome, the hotel was very clean, the pool well maintained, and the free bikes we were allowed to use made the trip super fun! I loved being able to use the trails to walk across the park to all of the food options and mall.

This is a very nice pet friendly place. They have rooms that open up onto a lawn area. Everyone was very friendly and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that there is construction going on next-door so that’s a temporary thing. And actually the rooms are pretty well insulated so it wasn’t a huge thing.

Sticky carpet in room, mattress was round and kept sliding off the bed, pillows are cheap and very uncomfortable, house keeping was not done as asked when room nexd door was cleaned. Ac kept blowing cold even on my back even when set the temp to 75 and was running all night.

I liked the pool a lot, but the room was just okay. The bathroom did not have a fan, and it was gross although clean. Charging for parking ($15 per car per night) is ridiculous. The staff there was very courteous, and I had no complaints, but I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

I LOVE the location being across from the magnificent riverfront park and downtown. It seemed like all the dirt on rug in hall and on stairs was there the whole time we stayed.
