Fabulous four bedroom waterfront home located on a private road on Hashamomuck Pond. Sit back, relax in the backyard and enjoy the spectacular secluded views. Start a fire in the outdoor firepit and enjoy stargazing, sipping local spirits and making s'mores. Walk steps from the front door to Southold Beach and see some of the most stunning sunsets of the North Fork.

A perfect place to escape Covid with plenty of tables to work from and couches with waterfront views to read and relax! While you unwind in the backyard you can kayak and stand-up paddleboard on the serene pond. Spend the day visiting parks, vineyards, farm-stands, beaches, breweries, shops, restaurants and farms or you can stay home and have a relaxing picnic right on the water and never have to leave the house. Our amazing central location is an easy 3 min drive to the town of Southold or a 7-minute drive to Historic Greenport Village.

There is full bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor (1 queen and 2 twin) and another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (1 king and 3 twins!). The house has a full-size eat-in kitchen, with modern stainless appliances. The living room has a large screen TV with Cable and a Firestick. Our favorite room might be the spacious sunroom, with another dining room table and couch with beautiful views of the pond! A perfect spot for working from home, attending remote school or just enjoying the water views while having a nice meal with your family or friends.

Our Southold house is stocked with all the conveniences of home, a cabinet full of family games and views to make you forget about everything else!

Best weekend ever!

This Norh Fork LI property was absolutely perfect!! It was centrally located for shopping, eating & water fun. We wish we had more time to spend relaxing at the owner's beautiful property. Thanks for being the perfect host for our family!

My escape from reality

We have been out in the northfork many times but this was so magical to wake up and have your coffee by the peaceful water. My family bbq’d and kayaked and we would go across the street for the sunset. The location was fabulous! Was a wonderful escape from reality.

Absolutely AMAZING !!!

The house far exceeded my expectations. Perfect for family gatherings and activities. The perfect size and fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The location was perfect as well. We LOVED starting the day with a morning coffee with the panoramic view overlooking the Pond and ending the day sitting around the fire pit. Its barely a 3 minute walk to the sound and 10 minute drive to the heart of Greenport. I will definitely try to stay again but I suspect it will book up quickly. Greg was a spectacular host and the communication couldn't have been better !!!

Tranquility, super location, lovely comfortable home.

My husband and I booked this property at the last minute because the in-person retreat we were supposed to attend went virtual because of the Covid surge. We could not have chosen a better place - the location on the water and the awesome sun porch made this an even better retreat experience than it would have been in the original location. I could watch the birds on the lake forever. The host was amazing, the house was immaculate, all communications were perfect.

Fall In Southold

Location, location, location. That sums up the house. Fantastic backyard with firepit, fishing, chairs and tables for relaxing and dining. Plus boating when in season. Beach is a very short walk and restaurants and vineyards are all a short drive. Layout of the house is as described in the write-up. Had a great week.

Fabulous Home & Location

My family has always loved the North Fork of LI. This property is perfectly located. If you like the water, you can kayak, paddle board or walk across the street for a swim in the LI sound. The house is as advertised, and is well equipped with everything you need. We are all planning on returning for a longer stay. So many vineyards and farm stands to visit. Highly recommend this home.

Family wedding weekend

Perfect location with beautiful views. We were in town to celebrate our nieces wedding. The house was spacious, clean and and very comfortable for our family. Greg was vey easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Wonderful time in a beautiful lake front house!

The house is exactly as pictured, in fact even better - beautiful views from the sunroom and living room, sunny and bright! The house has all the amenities you would want - a fully stocked kitchen, water activities, games for the kids and family. Greg is very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We enjoyed the stay and would love to be back. By far one of our best VRBO experiences ever!

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed this house so much! The location is absolutey incredible. RIght across from the beach and directly on a gorgeous lake. Its only a few minutes from Greenport, which is an adorably fun and quant little town, as well as a few miles from our favorite vineyards. The house itself is beautiful. clean and well kept. The view from the living room and sun room of the backyard is just gorgeous. The hosts were more than accommodating, leaving helpful information about the area, free coffee for the mornings, and a really cute welcome bag! I cant wait to visit southold and stay here again!
