Inflexible
Within days of making my initial booking, my plans changed, so I attempted to change my reservation to the following week in September, but Ulisse would not give any credit for the rooms that I had booked. And this was not a last-minute issue; I gave them over 7 weeks advance notice of my desire to change. I even offered to give up my two night booking in exchange for a single night lodging the following week, but they were adamant that they would not credit me anything for the two nights that I would be unable to be there, and I would have to sacrifice my initial rooms and book rooms the following week under a whole new reservation. I'm very disappointed with Ulisse's customer service, and shocked that they were so inflexible with helping me to change plans.
