Grüße Damen und Herren, Es ist bedauerlich, dass wir Ihren Buchungsverlauf nicht verfolgen können, weil Sie sich dazu entschieden haben, Ihre Buchung zu verbergen. Trotzdem halten wir Ihre Aussage für falsch, weil unser Hotel letztes Jahr renoviert wurde. Wir haben vor, die Fassade bis Ende dieses oder spätestens im Frühjahr 2020 zu reparieren. Auch in diesem Sommer werden wir unser Bistro erweitern. Es ist wahr, das Hotel ist eines der ältesten in Sofia. Es wird erwartet, dass es veraltet aussieht. Sie können dasselbe in einigen 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels auf der ganzen Welt sehen. In Ihrer Bewertung sehen wir nichts Andeutendes und freuen uns, wenn Sie uns wieder besuchen.
