Dear Anonymous Guest, Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience. We appreciate your comments and we take every form of criticism as constructive. However, there are a few notes we would like to answer to. First and foremost, regarding the lack of knowledge that the SPA and GYM would not be operating this year, kindly note that it is referenced both on our official website, as well as on the booking channels we cooperate with. Regardless, our Front Office team, hands every guest a Welcome Letter, which, amongst other useful information about our hotel, clearly states that SPA and GYM will not be operating this year, under the Greek legislation. Regarding your comment on one cup of coffee per person at breakfast, please note that filter coffee and tea are for free during breakfast, as well as they are refilled. The only exception is if you wish to order a different kind of coffee, even then, we do not charge the first cup of coffee. As you mentioned earlier, the situation this year is special because of COVID-19. We do hope to welcome you again in the future, COVID-free, and safe. Kind regards, Stefanos Emmanouil Front Office Manager
