Spring Home 33 is a spacious, comfortable retreat with amazing views of Black Butte and the neighboring meadow. The main living space centers around a classic stone fireplace and soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the view and the Central Oregon sunshine. Enjoy a main floor primary bedroom with its own wonderful views, two upstairs suites each with their own balcony, and two decks where you can sip your morning coffee while admiring your surroundings.

In the summertime, Black Butte Ranch offers three golf courses and miles of hiking and biking trails (and the house comes with a fleet of bikes for all ages for your use). You can swim in the resort pools, soak in the shared hot tubs, and explore the shopping and dining options in charming downtown Sisters 10 miles east. When winter arrives, you can cross country ski at the resort or downhill ski at nearby Hoodoo Ski Area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Loved our stay in BBR, would definitely book again. The kids loved having their own space downstairs and the adults enjoyed the view from the living room Kitchen had everything we needed. Love that there are 4 bathrooms and no one had to share

Spring Home #33 Late July/Mid-August, 2023
Terrific location near Paulina Pool on Red Clover with fabulous view of the meadow and Black Butte. A large home with four full baths that can accommodate at least 8 persons. This house also has an outdoor hot tub. Upon arrival we found a clean home, but over the next couple of days discovered that two bedrooms had unmade beds without pillow cases. We contacted a local Vacasa manager and she corrected the issue the next day. In addition, we also noticed trash and recycles were left in containers in the garage, which we disposed of ourselves.

Great location in Black Butte Ranch!
This house is in a wonderful location on the ranch: very close to Paulina Springs with a view of the meadow and Black Butte. It's roomy and works well for a large family. The kitchen is well-equipped and quite functional, though the appliances are a little old. The deck outside needs a deep cleaning - it has quite a bit of pine sap and bird droppings that are not appealing. Overall, it's a good value and a very pleasant home!

House was older and the architecture unique. It’s dated but mostly well kept. The kitchen is very well stocked and plenty of beds for multiple guest configurations. We had issues with vacasa not getting us our check in info and a deep cleaning/sprucing of the place is probably in order. Would possibly stay again especially with a larger group with kids like we were.

Great house for a family!

Dynamite view but no home is perfect
Location, location, location. This house has the best view of any we've stayed at on the entire ranch. That said, it also has some deferred maintenance - light bulbs out in almost every bathroom, one bedroom, and the top of stairs; the downstairs bathroom needs regular plunging; one electrical outlet in the upstairs bedroom is defective and some things were filthy - fireplace, both ovens, all decks (we hosed them down and swept), the bathroom vent in the lower bathroom, and the garage. Yikes. But would we stay again? Absolutely. The view makes up for everything.
