This ia wonderful hotel at the center of downtown Toronto. I liked the friendly staff and modern rooms. I was also pleased to have access to a laundry room since my stay was seven days. Simply put, this is an awesome hotel!

Staff was mostly very good. Maid smelled like weed. Evening hallway on my floor, the 12th, smelled strongly of smoke. Bath sink was not as clean as it should have been. Flip lock on door for night security had been kicked in.

We loved this place. It was clean and smelled good. It’s in Downtown Toronto so we could walk to almost all Downtown tourist hot spots that were in the area. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The pool is clean and relaxing. The only thing we didn’t like was there was not much storage or space within the room. But this could be on a case-to-case basis depending on what room was booked. Also, the terrace doesn’t have lighting at night, we wanted to hang out there with Downtown Toronto as our backdrop. Room service and customer service were excellent. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The cleaning staff are amazing and extremely helpful. The room was small, but fine for two people. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were great and added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, with a grocery store next door and the subway only down the street, making it easy access other parts of the city. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with access to downtown Toronto.

Lovely staff - friendly and kind. Clean and quiet hotel with security, and elevator availability was quick and convenient (sounds like this is often a problem at other hotels). Location was ideal - close to many restaurants and food options, and right next to a Loblaws, Starbucks, Shoppers, and Bulk Barn for scans. I was very pleased with our stay overall, and I’m a very very picky traveller!

I liked the gym. The TV was OK. The room was OK but tight due to size and the two queen beds. The aisle to the room was narrow as well. The room was quiet. Staff were competent and the Hotel had substantial attendance from Europeans and Chinese here to see places like Niagara Falls. The staff were busy at breakfast and at dinner.
