This stay was horrendous. The floors were dirty with dodgey looking stains on the floor. The smell of the room was unbearable. The shower had great pressure but when used the WHOLE bathroom got drenched as it was tiny. The room was so small you could barely move and the tv had 4 channels. Not happy
Where do I start reading the reviews about Value Hotel Thomson Singapore, they reply to copy and paste responses mangers don't even approach you to deal with your issues they leave it to inexperienced rude staff.
Tips from me what l've learnt and experienced.
1. They advertise Superior Deluxe Rooms with upgrades they are false the photos pictures a false they say rooms with river views there is no river views.
2. Rooms are for kids no room to put your suitcases 4 coat hangers, bathroom toilet shower all in 1 metre x 2 metre area you have a shower water goes all over the toilet not even separated by glass.
3. I confronted the reception desk and asked for a room that we paid for upgrade we check out the room it's the same except has a chair that can be made into a bed what's the point rooms the same size.
4.To have that room even if we paid an upgrade they wanted another $300. We declined, we paid for 7 nights and stayed one night due booking another hotel we could not stay in that shoe box, the company who we booked our trip contacted the hotel on 3 occasions over 72 hours via email no response followed by escalation for another 48 hours they then rang the hotel and response was was no refund that's there policy.
5. Worse hotel ever I will never go anywhere or recommend this horrible hotel all I can say pay the extra and at a reputable hotel we stayed at
