The staff service was excellent. Room was clean. I didn’t like the bathroom. The soundproofing was not good, especially the sound of closing door that is next to you, can be very loud. But it’s not that frequent, so it’s tolerable.

My hotel of choice in Singapore. Been undergoing renovations but all good. Majority of staff super helpful and friendly. Public transport is all nearby as well as various shopping attractions. It’s super central walking distance to a lot. Clarkes Quay, Orchard Road, Little India, Chinatown, Raffles. Taxi drop off is in a car park that takes you to 2nd floor where there is a communal kitchen with cooker, microwave,sink, dishwashers, crockery, cutlery as well as other utensils. There are 2 restaurants on site-Wild Honey(excellent) and Middle Child (bar with snacks) There is a gym and laundry facilities and a fridge on each floor to store your food/drinks with labels to write your name and room number on. No pool but so much already on offer. Would recommend and I have stayed there so many times!

Good: Friendly staff. Good location with a good food court right across the street. Sheets were clean. Bad: No luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage except the floor. Room dirty, mostly on the bed platform and along corners of room. Multiple things in the room were broken: refrigerator, USB plugs. Slow elevators (stairs were fine.) Hotel corridors not really climate controlled. No black coffee.

Good location. Close to the metro and easy to walk around in the area. I wasn't happy with the cleaning of the room and also no cleaning during our stay for 3 days. Mould on the silicone in the bathroom.

Good: Area was good and the showers water pressure was good (only thing about the room I can come up with that was good). Bad: 1. After making the reservation I found out there was no room service 2. The labeling for the Lobby/ Checkin was “Hi There”?? Which led to an unnecessary search for the lobby after a long day 3. The TV, Air Conditioner did not work. 4. Poor maintenance: only one Electrical Outlet worked. Unknown discrepancies within the electrical system led to complete failures on multiple occasions; leaving us to be in the dark without any electrical power. 5. With only one outlet available we couldn’t charge all our devices; especially cell phones. The property was mostly “self service” requiring a cell phone to scan QR codes for the most basic information; like how to use appliances or the TV. Without being able to fully charge our phones left us locked out of these simple processes. 6. The afternoon before our departure we were offered the opportunity to change rooms. But with only hours left in our stay this was too taxiing to move everything for a few hours in what I assume was an adequate room (might have been just a latent with problems). It was so bad we asked the hotel to refund our money. We were told they would consider this, but have not heard the final results of this consideration

Amazing location, comfy bed and really good shower, with good pressure and temperature. And effective A/C. Unless intending to spend a lot of time in the room (as is definitely on the small end), would definitely recommend. Enjoyed the fun vibe as well.

Minimalistic hotel with great staff!!
Minimalistic and quite small room, however very well use of the limited space ( 9m2) Ok for a shorter stay. Very well located. Great bed, but missing comfortable pillows. Good breakfast buffet. And very helpful and friendly staff!!

I love that the hotel's location is convenient for getting to MRT to go to important places and has great dining options nearby. What I don't like is that the room is so compact for manoeuvring our luggage.

Great location and friendly staff. However, the bathroom lacks a curtain or partition, which causes the entire floor to get wet and creates a slip hazard. Additionally, the water can easily flow into the main room, making the floor dangerously slippery.

I absolutely love this property. It’s one of the best locations in Singapore with access to transportation, The Bugis Street Market, tons of restaurants and cafes, shopping malls and a light walk to Raffles, Marina Bay Sands. The staff is absolutely incredible and friendly, Landry service in house is a great amenity, their restaurant is great. I would stay here over and over. The room was quite nice and a spacious bathroom was a bonus. I loveeeeee this property.
