Hotel was generally excellent, in a good location, very close to MRT station and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly Venessa at the reception/front door area, who was proactive and helpful in providing useful local advice and getting around Singapore and Malaysia. Nancy's room keeping was of a high standard, but I suspect the days she was not around, house keeping good but not excellent. Some constructive feedback: 1) a bit of mould noted on tile grout in the shower area. 2) better variety of breakfast should ideally be provided including more local dishes, given hotel prices and stature. This point had been documented by previous travellers 3) For the type of hotel, bidets or toilet hose water pipe should be provided alongside the toilet. Hope this is useful. Regards, Shyam

Hotel is conveniently located. 20 minute walk from MBS, 3 minute walk to the train station, next door to lots of shopping, great views on higher floors. Not many dining options but breakfast buffet was good. Lunch buffet was overpriced but tasty. Service was helpful and good. One complaint would be that the mattress was too firm, almost like sleeping on the floor. After a full night’s sleep of tossing and turning your body aches with soreness. I would probably not return, but then again there’s no reason to visit Singapore more than a day anyways. We stayed for 3 which bored us out.
