Parking was well lit, easy excess to hotel reservation desk. Workers at desk were helpful and friendly, the worker at the sandwich shop super friendly. Inside the casino could not win tables super tight machines super tight. Would not even let me win a little to play a little while. Ended up going across the river and play. The room was nice and clean with a view of the river. At Check out the desk was friendly with a smile.

The property is very easy to get in and out of . The staff is some of the friendliest I’ve been around in a very long time. Extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome! We are already discussing our next stay! I’d definitely recommend this place for a get away

The check in process was quick. I was given an option to stay at a lower or higher floor and chose a room with a view of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable. The check out was also quick and easy. I had no complaints about the stay.

I would NOT recommend this property. We were there 4 days, with no room cleaning. Had to have them fix bathroom tub, they left it dirty with dirty foot prints in tub and on floor. We were in Non smoking room, but someone was smoking marijuana and smelled through out the entire floor, called about it, but nothing done. Would not recommend.
