Staff were very friendly, room was nice, spa was in the main area not the bathroom which was a bit weird. Bathroom was very small, hot water took forever to come through and fan didn't work in the bathroom

Not a review but a suggestion for some weather stripping around the room doorframe to reduce noise and drafts. (Room 8) Otherwise the stay was lovely. Thank you for the modern, comfy room.

Apartment was pleasant however one of the heatlamps didn’t work, the bathroom / laundry was a little dirty, the shower soap/shampoo/conditioner holder was rusted so not sure it was worth $175 for the night

Clean and comfortable room. Check-in process was easy, we arrived late so could check in remotely via the phone provided and a pin to access our key from the locked box. Beds large and comfortable and the complementary nibbles and drinks were a nice touch. Everything great except for the TV - the remote didn't work so trying to change channels manually using a button at the bottom of the TV was frustrating. Reported it to reception the next day who advised they will look into it.

Excellent place-highly recommended!
The place is so clean, it felt more like a hotel than a motel. It was also very spacious inside the temps were controlled perfectly. The sheets were so white and crisp. There are even complimentary snacks/drinks waiting for us upon arrival which was such a good touch. The front desk team even sent us a courtesy message giving us instructions on how to check in as we were arriving after hours. We highly recommend this place

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean and near new decor, easy parking and easy to find, close to everything. Great showers and beds and wonderful complimentary wine and nibbles!
