I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I guess the front desk staff can be more friendly and helpful. And hard to reach the concierge from room. You won’t get to see full the bund view if staying at lower floor. So just take note .
