NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Blanketed by century old trees, the Great Smoky Mountains have remained relatively untouched by modern times, drawing visitors to its tranquil paths and rivers for the promise of spotting wildlife or one of its 200 bird varieties.
Brothers Cove is not your typical cookie cutter resort in the Smokies. The developer paid special attention to keep the beauty of the mountain and preserve its natural environment. Most cabins are situated on 1 acre lots and are nestled in mature trees. There is a community pool called the 'Cement Pond' to cool off during the summer months.
Even with the fully equipped kitchen, you may want to plan an evening or two enjoying one of the dinner theaters such as Dixie Stampede, Hatfield's and McCoy's.
A host of other restaurants are available in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. A few of the popular restaurants in Pigeon Forge are The Old Mill Restaurant, Old Mill Pottery House Café, Alamo Steakhouse, and Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que.
Smoky Mountain Top View cabin is only 25 miles from the Knoxville (McGhee-Tyson) airport. There is plenty to see and do in Knoxville as well! Local shops within just a couple miles of the cabin are antique shops, general stores, and a moonshine distillery with free tasting. Pick up fresh pork rinds, kettle corn, and hot boiled peanuts from some of these shops. Elvira's is a fabulous restaurant just down the hill for fine dining in a casual atmosphere. Her pancakes are the best in the world, seriously. Dine in or call Gepetto's pizza and Italian food (located within a couple miles) and have it delivered if you want to stay in! Grandmother's Kitchen is also within a couple miles and is really one of our favorite places to eat. If you want authentic cajun food, PawPaw's is another dining option really close-by. Otherwise, head to Townsend, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg for a plethora of shopping and dining options! Townsend has some great white-water rafting and river tubing outfitters.
