Fantastic home and experience!
I wish I had it in me to give 0 stars, just so that I could keep this gem to myself - but that would be a complete disservice to this home and to Ms. Joyce.Beautiful home, beautiful view, lovely hot tub and fire pit, plenty of space. The location and proximity to area attractions was wonderful. Check in and out was a breeze and Ms. Joyce was super responsive, fast and kind. The only cons would be there are a lot of lady bugs in the house, the front door has to be locked to be secure and the driveway and road to the house could be problematic in certain conditions. Cannot wait to come back, this place is a keeper!

Nice cabin but terrible host and service
The cabin has a great view and great space and layout. However, it was not properly cleaned before our stay. There was old and dried poop in the shower and on the top deck. The garbage outside was full with garbage so we could not fit ours even on the first day. The host did not send us the arrival check in info. I had to reach out multiple times and call for the info. I was told I’d get the cleaning fee back and that was a lie.

Short review : Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Very roomy for my family (7 adults 4 kids under 10). Property manager was responsive and professional. Great location with amazing views! Plenty of parking and even room to turn around before heading down the driveway!

The most amazing stay!
This cabin is very special. The photos don’t even do the view justice, it really is breathtaking! We were a group of friends with 3 couples and 2 friends, and the cabin had more than enough room for us all to have our own space. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows but was spacious with an en-suite, and the other 4 bedrooms all opened on to the balcony and views of the mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. Also used the fire pit but would recommend bringing firelighters. The road up was narrow and windy, and the drive very steep but no issues and enough parking for several vehicles. Pigeon Forge 10 mins drive, Gatlinburg around 15 mins, Dollywood 10 mins - fantastic location! Car definately needed though. Only issue was an infestation of lady birds that we kept finding everywhere, but the cabin was clean. Overall we loved our stay and would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful place.

Had a very small wedding at this location. Less than 15 people, had a few stay on property with us. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Views sold it and the pictures we captured of our big day are amazing. Property manager was amazing.

Retreat with a view!
We had a wonderful stay in the Smokies! The cabin was so spacious and perfect for our family vacation! Everyone enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and private baths. The theater room was fun to relax after a day of activities! The deck views were amazing and perfect for morning coffee! We would suggest stocking up on tp, paper towels, Kleenex and dishwasher/sink soap as we ran out. There were cobwebs everywhere inside and out and several spiders, but maybe it’s the time of year? The door handle appears broken, and was difficult to open. The lock code didn’t work so we had to use a key and coordinate when we split up. There was some construction vehicles and workers out on the street, even after dark, so be aware when coming or going as the road is fairly narrow. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again as it was very convenient to activities in every direction!

What an absolute beauty of a property!
Such a great place to keep a family of 12 busy and occupied. The views were breath taking and so close to everything we needed and did over our week stay. Hot tub, game room, Theater room for movie nights, a fire pit for those night to gather around and tell stories or sing songs. And, don't forget the Smores! Sufficient parking and really felt like home.

Great location
The property location was great. The layout was great, as well as the size. The property manager was very responsive. We stay at VRBOs at least 2x a year and stay at one in the Gatlinburg at least once a year. Unfortunately the cabin was extremely dirty. We spent a lot of time cleaning and the place was full of spiders. The property manager said he would remedy it before the next guest though. Overall, we would stay again but it would depend on how clean it was this time.

Beautiful Home
This home was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 11 ranging in age from 7 to 67. House was immaculate in cleanliness. Close to all entertainment and activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Host was very helpful and accessible. Would absolutely book this again on our next trip to the Smokie Mountains!

When we got there on May 4 we discovered the place left unlocked and not operating. It took 4 days before the batteries were changed in lock. The trash was as overflowing and management stated that it would be empty that day then the next day and on day 4 they removed 2 bags. The house lack basic maintenance like light bulbs, no dish towels to do dishes. Good in cabinets with mold. I can go on and on. To bad the view is beautiful

Great views, but hard to get to.
It was a really nice cabin, but bad roads to get. You almost need a 4-wheel drive to get up the driveway to the cabin. There were a few other problems also. The TV downstairs did not work, neither did the fireplace in the great room & the master bedroom. The garbage cans were full when we got there, but it was taken care of by Chris. Thank you, but we will not going back there. We are too old for those kind of trips.

Smoky Mountain Reunion
Beautiful location, amazing views, close to town. We enjoyed the game room and the porch in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to all the sites. The cabin did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly as we found some items from previous guests under the bed, food crumbs in the couch cushions and several cobwebs. I would definitely recommend this cabin for the amenities, location and the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great experience and place for family
This is a great place to stay with our family for vacation. While the city provided plenty of things to do, we also found our self, enjoying the amenities of the home, which had plenty of space and entertainment. As in most cases, there were a few surprises on things that were not functional or did not work as expected. However, the property owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay!
