Boasting amenities like a stress-melting hot tub, a firepit, and six TVs, this rental sets you up for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. An added plus is access to a seasonal community pool available Memorial Day to Labor Day, about two miles off of Happy Hollow Road. For those who enjoy pickleball and tennis, you are 15 minutes away from outdoor courts at the Pigeon Forge Community Center, at no charge.

Located just a few minutes from Smoky Mountain National Park and the fun-filled attractions at Dollywood, you'll have the peace of a quiet neighborhood while enjoying easy access to local attractions. With paved roads all the way to the cabin, it's a great ride on a motorcycle, and there's plenty of parking for a trailer once you get there.

Cross the bridge between the blossoming flowers into the expansive main living area. Adorned with hand-crafted wood accents and bathed in light, this is the perfect spot to get the whole crew together with ease. Cuddle up by the fireplace, or surf the channels as you sink into the plush couch. Pop some hot buttery popcorn and put the DVD in for a movie night on the TV.

Head out to the deck to take in the views of the mountains as you enjoy the bubbling hot tub or fire pit with seating for 14, or stay inside on hot days and stay cool with the central air-condtioning.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Serve your meal on the breakfast bar and let people put together their plates while the group gathers around the classic dining room table. Or have a cookout on the charcoal grill outside. Let the dishwasher do the cleanup while you challenge your friends to a game of bumper pool & dartboard. Plus, the owners have recently upgraded the family room TV, added a television to the basement bedroom, updated the decor, upgraded kitchen items, created more areas to hang clothing in the bedrooms, and added new board games and puzzles.

When it's time to turn in, this home will let up to 13 guests relax in comfort. You'll have lots of soft beds between the rooms, loft, and living room to enjoy, and everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during your stay.

From horseback riding to alpine coasters, there is plenty to do in the area. Strap on your hiking shoes, grab your camera, and make your way to the natural wonders of Cades Cove. The Foothills Parkway and Smoky Mountain National Park are only several miles away. Find the perfect picnic spot, or get your adrenaline going with a speedy flight down the zipline. Make sure you keep your camera ready to snap some shots of the local wildlife along the trails.

Take the whole crew to the roller coasters, games, and mouthwatering treats at Dollywood. Known for their family-friendly atmosphere and seemingly endless opportunities for fun, everyone will have something to dive into. Hit Dollywood's Splash Country Water Park to cool down on hot days. The Island in Pigeon Forge is only 11 miles from your vacation home and similarly features shops, rides, and restaurants to sample. Be sure to visit Elvira's Cafe which was voted one of the 100 best restaurants in the U.S. for 2022, less than half a mile away from your home. Cap the day off with some S'mores at your private firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
