Disappointing Stay

The hotel is extremely run down and very tired looking. Sinks in the room blocked as well as the shower. I can only describe this hotel like a mass conveyor belt. If you are looking for a true 5 star you will be extremely disappointed as were we. I did enjoy the pool area and the all inclusive drinks selection.

This is a very lovely property and has the most amazing large outdoor pool which never feels overly crowded. They also do aqua bikes and other fitness activities which are great. The indoor pool is great too and we got a good deal on a spa treatment which was great too. We really liked the room ... there were four of us in a duplex room with a balcony and seaview ... but it was great having two bathrooms. The main restaurant can feel a little chaotic but there is seating in the conservatories which is calmer and near the adult area which was better. My only complaint is that they have 8 restaurants but only the main buffet restaurant is included, with all the others you have to pay for extra ... which is a shame ... would be nice if they included at least one or two visits inclusive per stay to a restuarant. |Unfortunately i got sick while i was there so didn't feel i got to enjoy this hotel very much.

My Review

It was a good vacation with my family. Here are my observations: 1. The swimming pool water was warm, which was not very interesting. 2. Every day, we noticed many children in the 16+ pool, which I believe should not be allowed. 3. The furniture in the resort is generally outdated and not luxurious. 4. The lighting in the lobby bar is unappealing and does not create a comfortable or luxurious atmosphere. 5. We arrived at 12:00 AM, and the entrance and lobby felt creepy and unpleasant due to the darkness. 6. The air conditioning in my room was very noisy. 7. In the main restaurant, they started closing and picking up the food before the end of the scheduled time, and they turned off the lights while we were still eating, this was very upsetting. 8. The restaurant buffet lacks variety, especially in seafood (almost no seafood), during our one-week stay, sushi was served only once or twice, and it was very poor quality. Thank you,

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning resort for the second year in a row. Although we encountered a few minor issues at the beginning, the management's swift and effective response was truly impressive. Every company faces challenges, but what matters most is how they handle them. The team at Concorde de Lux went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. What sets this resort apart is their close contact with holidaymakers. A big thank you to Operations Manager Hussein for his dedication to resolving any concerns quickly and efficiently, and to Arda and Mali of the funmaker team for adding so much joy to our stay. I highly recommend Concorde de Lux for its excellent service and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

Everything was amazing, small hiccup on arrival with rooms but all sorted the following day! Staff are fantastic, food was amazing, general areas of the hotel were clean and constantly maintained. Spa was amazing and staff incredibly experienced and professional. Genuinely the perfect place for luxury and a relaxing holiday.

Loved the stay at the Hotel. Staff is lovely, always smiling and eager to help. Huge Hotel to explore, so many things to do. Kudos to the theatre artists as well for putting up different shows every evening. Kids will not want to leave this Hotel.

The food options were great and very good quality, But the rooms are outdated. The bathroom of the room so bad, there absolutely no door for shower and it's all connected together. It was very inconvenient to use the bathroom and shower at the same time. Very very small too. Also the rooms are kind of humid to the point that we felt the sheets are not completely dry. The outdoor pools are also not easy access for kids. They were all same depth, and that made it difficult for the kids to use .
