Beautiful Neighborhood

This is a great place to stay, a very nice neighborhood, close to everything yet, far enough away to be peaceful. There are many backroads to get to the main parkway and miss lots of traffic. The large front porch has a beautiful view, so relaxing. Host was super nice, showed us around, and was available if needed, but never bothered us in any way. There is a separate entrance in and out. Don't hesitate to book!

Home away from Home

Mr. Gary welcomed us with a smile, showed us the place and answered any questions. Very personable. As in previous reviews, I agree the large porch with rockers, table and chairs with an AWESOME view was the best. Peaceful! Sunrise was beautiful and early in the morning when I woke up I could see the moon. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and one day, like to return.

Beautiful accommodations, but it’s the view!!

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. Everything in this rental is top notch including the furnishings and decor. This rental is the basement apartment of the owner’s home. You truly won’t even know anyone is upstairs. You will enjoy this place with a gorgeous view of the Smokies. My husband and I spent each morning enjoying our coffee on the large porch with comfortable seating. After a good night’s sleep in the spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed we were able to enjoy all the nearby attractions including Dollywood and Smokey Mountain National Park. Did not cook at all, but the kitchen looked awesome. Hopefully we will be able to come back and test it out. Very good communication with the owner, probably the best I have ever had renting a VRBO. Easy access and helpful owner. Loved it!

Beautiful views and great location

Apartment has beautiful views of Smoky Mountains. It is in great location for all activities in the area. Hosts are very helpful. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Definitely would use again when visiting in the area!

Beautiful view and lovely accommodations

First, the host was very responsive and friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean and maintained. I was surprised by the exterior stairs leading down to the apartment. This was manageable but difficult for me. I went back to look if they were included in the description but did not find it. If stairs are not an issue for you, this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful, perfect getaway spot

Gorgeous mountain view. The apartment is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The owners were friendly and welcoming. They made themselves available without being overbearing. The apartment is very clean and organized. We were able to find everything we needed. The location is off the main radius enough to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be convenient. They are a short drive to dining, shopping, and area attractions. My husband, my teenage daughter, and I made up our party and the accommodations were very comfortable. The primary room with the king sized bed was perfect for us as my husband is very tall. My daughter stayed in the second bedroom with a full bed, which was perfect for her. A second larger sized couple would probably be cramped there, though. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and fabulous mountain views. I can highly recommend and would stay there again.

Super fantastic

The hosts, Gary and Darlene are the best. Very gracious and accommodating. They were able to meet with all 3 of my sisters-in laws and numerous other family members and became Instant friends. I could not have selected a better place for our stay in Sevierville. Sitting on the patio with my morning coffee with the unmatched views was an exquisite experience. Definitely will return to this location. Wish I could have been able to give more than 5 stars. A most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful View & Wonderful Host!

Wonderful property with a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains. The property owners were so hospitable and friendly. They treated us like family. The place was so clean and elegant. The location is just outside of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it nice for a peaceful and tranquil getaway. Definitely staying there again.

Wonderful hospitality

Gary met us when we arrived and showed us the property. It is in the bottom level of his home. Separate entrance. The accommodations were beautiful. We had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Views were amazing! Did not feel like you were in the bottom level of someone's home. Gary was a wonderful host. We hope to return soon!

“The view”

Great hosts, great property!! Will for sure return when in this area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We came up for our 55th anniversary to go to Dollywood but Dollywood was second to the view. Near everything you need. Best place we have stayed at a VRBO. Great value!

Great Experience

This was everything you would expect. Great views, beautiful unit with a private entrance. The home owners provide a warm welcome with their own personal touch upon arrival. Parking is limited but I would highly recommend this stay. We had a great time.
