Family Fun
Just a gathering before the holidays! Had a great time. Beds were very comfortable and Smart TVs were great, but suggest taking your own cookware and utensils if planning to cook meals. Location was ideal and neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely go back!

Nice but needs maintenance
The cabin is nice, but it does need maintenance. There was dust everywhere, the hot tub water was filthy, and there was a bee nest. Six of us got stung, and one person had to go to urgent care for cellulitis. Additionally, the property listed a grill, which was not working. However, the host was incredibly helpful and addressed all the issues we encountered. He sent someone to clean the hot tub water, remove the bee nest, and provided us with spray to keep the bees away. He also replaced the grill for us. Although the first day was awful, everything improved thanks to Mike’s promptness.

New Year’s Getaway
The cabin was nice but common areas were smaller than expected. There wasn’t enough space for our party of 10 to sit & eat in the kitchen/dining area. The loft area upstairs was nice & spacious, the kids hung out there mostly. The game room wasn’t in the best shape…the sofa was broken & worn (which the owner did advise before arrival), the stools were loose (not safe to sit on), noticed a lot of dings/dents on the walls…needs a lot of work down there. Bathroom in the hall needs some work. The shower was difficult to use and shower head needs to be replaced. Wished parking was better, but we knew it was very limited before arrival. Lastly, the outside needs some TLC. Upon arrival, stepping out of our vehicles we almost stepped in dog poop. We really had to watch our step, it was everywhere. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, wished it was a little closer to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, but the cabin worked for what we needed it for & we enjoyed our New Years with family!

The house itself was as pictured. The beds were really comfortable. The owner was quick to respond from the moment we booked the cabin until we left. The place seemed up to date on everything and for it to be up in the mountains the wifi made up for the lack of cell service.

We enjoyed the cabin. It worked well for our family to cook onsite and not to have to eat out. It was a little farther away from town then we expected. Also it wasnt close to pool or fishing. Parking was limited.

Little Gem Cabin

Good times!
We enjoyed our stay at the Lil’ gem cabin!! The property is very well designed and really gives you the cabin feels! The rooms were nice and the upstairs area is very large! However, wish the game room area was attached! We only used it the first night as you had to go downstairs (outside) and it was a lot of stairs! Luckily the hot tub was on the top deck- we used it every night!! I would say it’s farther than I would have liked to get into the different towns, but we were traveling with a 5 month old. Overall nice family cabin trip!

Property has Potential
This property is beautiful but needs to be taken care of better. I loved the layout but was disappointed with the bathrooms. They didn't work properly. There were cobwebs and dust in visible areas, and the amenities that called our attention while choosing this property did not meet our expectations. Other than that, check in was fast and uneventful and the property manager was very responsive.

Needs an update
Upon arrival, there was a pile of trash on the lower level deck. None of the TVs had Roku remotes so we had to use our phones. The property also had zero toilet paper so we had to buy our own. Also the pool table is very old and sounds like it’s falling apart. Also there was only one good pool stick. Besides those many issues, the stay wasn’t bad!

The cabin was the perfect size for our group: two couples and 6 kids under 10. The kids all shared the loft area upstairs and the adults had a bedroom for each couple. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room downstairs for hours on end. We highly recommend for families to come!

Great cabin
Clean, comfortable cabin. Closer to stores, pigeon forge than expected. Beds comfortable, great supply of tools in kitchen. Eating area small and not much area to eat outside. Separate basement area was great for kids to hangout, however, without a bathroom hard to use for sleeping area. Big hot tub!

Cabin for Dollywood
Although the cabin was clean, it had a horrible musty smell! Unfortunately, the weather was super hot and the loft area simply could not cool down. There are no views from the back porch… just a jungle of trees. The hot tub was new and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the owners were helpful and prompt with responses.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. There was plenty of room and a great game room. When a problem arose the owner was very quick to respond, and very helpful. If you’re looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is the cabin for you!
