We enjoyed a few days away for our 15th anniversary. The cabin was so nice, especially the double sided fireplace in the bedroom. We had some cooler weather, so the fireplace and hot tub were so nice! Thanks for a great stay!

The building and the property is in a beautiful setting and very nice however our Jacuzzi bathtub did not work it barely even ran our glassware was cracked and broke Overall very nice vacation but I really wish the bathtub jet tub inside was working and the fireplace was able to run wasn’t as romantic as I thought it would be for me and my girlfriend

Missing the mountain view!
The description says mountain view. No mountain view at all! The road is very narrow. would be difficult for two way traffic. The cabin is beautiful. Beds are very broke in. Pay attention to location if you are looking to go to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. It is quite the drive. Is perfect for Wears Valley attractions.

The cabin perfect
The cabin was just like the pictures. We had a great stay. The only downfall about the cabin was the driveway getting to the cabin was a little steep and very hard to pass others if coming or going. The fireplace in the master bedroom did not work and if it did we could not figure out how to turn on. Also, the cabin that is above this cabin could see into the hot tub from their porch. If the hot tub was on the other end of the porch, I think it would give more privacy.

Anniversary weekend.
My wife and I try to stay somewhere new every Fall for our anniversary. This cabin was very comfortable for the two of us. The description is pretty accurate, the only that was lacking was the view I believe that over the years the trees have grown taller thus blocking the view. The location is great and close to alot but far enough away for some seclusion just be ready for a steep drive up.

Perfect cabin for honeymoon
The location of this cabin is perfect. The cabin was very clean and updated. However two things... there is a very steep driveway getting to it that is rough for a car and there is no Mountain View like the listing says. There probably was at one time but with trees growing it doesn’t exist anymore.

Wonderful cabin
The cabin was wonderful. My fiancé and I had such an amazing time staying here. The road did make us a bit uneasy because when it rained it made it very hard to go slowly down the steep road, but other than that, we had no issues or complaints!

Never got into the cabin. Couldn’t reach anyone manager or VRBO. The house code was never sent to us. We drove from half way across the country to stay but a simple code was never sent to us and nobody could be reached on phone or email. Do Not Recommend! Nothing like 2 crying kids in the backseat at night on top of a unfamiliar mountain.

Really nice cabin. Quiet location. Enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, gas fireplaces and sitting in the double glider. Didn’t cook a lot but had what we needed for a few meals. Bed was not uncomfortable but a little odd. Would stay again. Road up to cabin was steep. Shifted into low and made it. Glad we didn’t meet another vehicle going up because it was one lane and steep to have anyone backup. Overall excellent week as a couple and the cabin was the best part!!

Quiet Weekend Getaway in the Smokys
We came to Hatcher Mountain Getaway in Pigeon Forge for a long weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and as we expected when we arrived. The check in process was easy, once we found the cabin. Turning onto Laurel Valley Way from Hatcher Mountain Road the first time seemed like we were driving off of a cliff because of how steep it was and that we couldn’t see where our car was driving, like we were at the top of a roller coaster! After finding it the first time it was easier, but still very steep. Also, the navigation app Waze had a hard time finding the address — it kept telling us to turn on roads that weren’t there — but when we switched to Google Maps it was better. The bathroom was amazing!!! I wish I that bathroom in my own home! We loved the huge shower and jacuzzi tub. The only thing inside that wasn’t great (but wasn’t completely horrible) was the master bed. It had no spring to it and almost felt like we were sleeping on a pull out couch mattress that was being used in a regular bed frame. The first night made me stiff but the second and third nights I laid out 3 blankets to add extra padding and that seemed to help. It would have been nice to not have to do that, but it was okay. Lastly, the check out process was easy, but there are some discrepancies between check out instructions inside the cabin (on the side of the refrigerator and in the cabin binder) and in the email sent to me from PropertySense. One said checkout before 10am, the other said before 11am. One said strip the beds of used linens, the other said don’t make the beds. Using the keypad to check out was very easy! We would stay here again.

My new husband and I started here for a week on our honeymoon. The cabin itself was fine but it was NOT clean... there was hair and dirt all over floors. We had to sweep the first night of our honeymoon. The dishes were dirty with food and grease... we basically had to wash, wipe, or clean anything before using it. And the trash can was very smelly. I don’t care if things are a little old or used, which was true about this cabin... but I cannot stand a dirty place. Couldn’t feel comfortable because of it.

Great vacation in the Smokies
The pictures of the cabin looked great and it was in person also it was very clean well decorated the shower was amazing the hot tub was great kitchen was well stocked upstairs the sauna and arcade and games were nice used the grill a few times it was clean and worked great. Now the only problem I had was the fireplaces we arrived on a Friday could not get them working maintenance man came Saturday could not get them working because the tank was empty the tank was finally filled on Thursday but did not realize till Friday when I checked the tank the living room worked but the bedroom one could not get the pilot to light so I was disappointed that I could not use the fireplaces but would definitely stay in this cabin again

The property is beautiful, romantic, peaceful.
The whole process was easy from start to finish. The only downside is the neighboring cabin is close and can see on the deck. Overall the cabin is beautiful and peaceful, it's a great romantic getaway for 2. We definitely want to go back and rent this same cabin for our anniversary.
