This was the perfect cabin for 2 families vacationing together! Plenty of big beds, well stocked bathrooms, an awesome game room, well maintained washer and dryer, and so quiet and relaxing. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we visit the area.

AVOID this run-down, dirty, infested cabin!!
My entire family stayed here, and we were disgusted at the state of filth and disrepair of this cabin. I’ve stayed in the Smokies a dozen times, and this was the worst accommodations I have ever seen. Dead mouse in toilet. Rodent droppings everywhere. Dead bugs on floors and window sills. Leaking water from top floor to the bottom bedroom. Sofas completely worn out—one with no feet at all on it. Power outage on one wall of cabin (affecting the porch light and game room tv) I feel like we deserve a refund. It was traumatizing and completely disappointing. We paid too much money to stay in squalor. We kept expecting to find more rodents the entire time, so forget relaxing at the cabin. Terrible experience…. Shame on whoever keeps renting out this filthy, old, infested cabin to poor, unsuspecting families!! I want my money back.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It snowed our first day and the view was beautiful. Hot tub was perfect to relax after a long day. We all loved the game room!

The property is not well taken care of: outside is way overgrown, the decks have cobwebs everywhere and the outside furniture is damaged. Inside the furniture is old and worn. Found a lot of mice droppings in the master bedroom/ behind nightstand and the bathroom. Called management and was told they’d send someone out and no one showed up or even called me back. The layout and game room amenities are nice but I had to vacuum the pool table because it had dead bugs and dirt on it.

The property is not well taken care of outside is way overgrown the decks have cobwebs everywhere the outside furniture is not fit to sit on the hot tub did not work. Inside the furniture is old and worn kitchen is ok but needs more light found mouse droppings in silverware drawers and closets bathroom cabinet, one bathroom door lock was broken if you closed it you got stuck in the bathroom Called when we checked in said they would send someone out they did not until we called again then they couldn't fix anything. The only good thing was the beds. Not at all worth the money not anything as described false listing.

Not worth the money charged for the week, property needs a good cleaning, remotes only work 2 of the 5 tv's, upstairs bathroom barely drains and has no pressure, trees need trimming so they won't scratch your car, dryer needs replaced, only 1 thermostat for 3 floors, middle ok, but bottom cold and top floor very hot. Needs upkeep and maintenance as it just feels like it has been neglected for a while.

Great cabin. Perfect for our stay of 3 days.
Clean and comfortable. Bathroom hardware for showers were difficult to turn off water. Hardware also easily falls off in basement bathroom. Game room was fun for the kids. Beds are comfortable.

Great cabin
The place was really nice and well maintained and as promised in the photos's with all the amenities as shown in the photos. Everything was nite and clean. The location was just 10 mins drive from Pigeon Forge downtown and easily accessible to other places. Would really come back and stay at this cabin during our next visit to Smoky. The only feedback will be if you arrive late at night, its really difficult to find the cabin as its a bit inside , so if the property owner can add some signs will really benefit people leveraging this cabin.

This property was nice; however, it needs some deep cleaning and some updates. Trees need trimmed so they don't scratch vehicles. The overall maintenance of the property needs attention. General upkeep on decking, porch, trees, etc.

House was exactly what we seen on photos. Very clean inside. The only thing is cleaning up around the property. Looking off deck beer cans and garbage from previous renters. It's Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Yes I would rent it again.

Disappointing for $ spent...
1)Dusty- and with kids with allergies it was problem. (So much for COVID-19 Sanitizing. 2)Hundreds of orange lady bugs-dropped into food, beds, toys, etc... and with a baby crawling around they were a struggle. 3)A third of the jets in the hot tub didn't work. 4)The dryer didn't work...reported and had maintenance man there quickly--yay! Except it didn't really get fixed. Reported a couple more times and was lied to about sending someone out right away "someone will be there within 30 minutes" ....they didn't show the second time. Even after reporting a 3rd time. It took a minimum of 8 cycles to dry towels and washcloths. For what we paid to stay there.....we could have purchased 8 new dryers....just saying....it was very disappointing. On the plus side--It wasn't all bad and I would not have reviewed or complained at all except for the poor & patronizing service: 1)-The kitchen was spacious and had room for several of us to cook in, and was fairly open to living room. So we all felt like we were together. 2)-The beds were very comfortable. 3)-The game room was hit with the kiddos. 4)-The location was great. Not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. **Not likely to stay hear again.

Never could figure out the many TV remotes. Several of the doors were not in great shape and the shower faucets need help! Just not in great shape for renters.

Good property!
Overall we had a great stay at this cabin. It was very homey and very convenient location if you want to be able to go into pigeon Forge and not far from Gatlinburg as well. We did have a couple issues while we were in the home though. We were not able to get the fireplace working and the hot tub didn’t work as well. We had to contact someone to come and fix it but they were great to work with and came and fixed it as soon as they were able to. Overall it was a very good experience at this cabin.
