Bad Customer Service
Everything was going well until the last night of our stay. We arrived back at the cabin at 7pm and the heat was not working. I texted the number given to us for these situations for our stay and after spending an hour having to text back and forth troubleshooting it myself they finally agreed to send out maintenance. He arrived an hour an 45 minutes later, around 9:45 pm, and at 10:15 came back in to tell me he couldn’t keep the pilot lit so they would have to call a HVAC guy in. At this point I knew it would be another nearly 2 hours before we would have a HVAC guy arrive so I told them it was late and we would just make due to get through the night. It was in the low 50s inside when we left. The worst part is they never reached out after we spoke to the front desk about it while checking out. Just avoid this one, bad customer service.
