All bookings require a renter agreement to be signed fully within 24 hours to finalize booking. Guest booking must be over age 25, sign renter agreement, provide drivers license copy, and submit a $499 security deposit. Fireplaces are for display purposes only. Individual items or decor in home from pictures are subject to change occasionally from time-to-time due to wear and tear, damages or removals. At times, appliances may not work - this may include TVs, theater/sound system, internet, hot tub, kitchen appliances, HVAC system, and city electricity etc. If this occurs host will not provide refunds due to circumstantial issues. Please note before booking. Lastly, exterior of property has blink security camera at parking area and front patio to ensure safety of guest and property.
