A Mountain Surprise - Romantic Fireplace & Hot Tub

With room for your fur babies, A Mountain Surprise is an ideal pet-friendly cabin for a small family, a few friends, or a couple. It features 1 king bedroom, 1 full bathroom with an indoor jetted tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in deck with a hot tub and grill, a cozy living area with a big screen TV and fireplace, and room to sleep up to 4 guests. It's also convenient to downtown fun in Pigeon Forge, TN, so you can play all day in town, then return to the cabin to relax.

Step into the inviting living space that's open concept with high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, and a stacked stone (wood burning) fireplace. It's a great room to chill out and chat with loved ones or watch a DVD on the big screen TV for movie nights. There's also a recliner near the fireplace, perfect for reading with a crackling fire on cooler evenings. And the coffee table keeps snacks and drinks close while you unwind.

Nearby, the full kitchen is ready and waiting with stainless steel appliances and provided cookware and dishware to make and serve homemade meals throughout your Smoky Mountain stay. Whip up hearty breakfasts on the stove, set out lavish lunch spreads on the wooden dining table, enjoy barbecue suppers with the gas grill outside, and save dessert to pair with coffee when everyone's finished eating.

On the front deck, sway on the porch swing and sip wine in the rocking chairs as you take in the peaceful wooded scenery at this semi-private cabin. The back deck is screened-in with a high ceiling, letting in tons of natural light and tree-studded scenes. Slip into the bubbly hot tub for a soothing soak or unwind at the bistro for 2. There's even a ceiling fan to keep cool on hot days.

Ready to catch some Zs? Stroll to the bedroom that features an indoor jetted tub, where you can take spa baths with tranquil tunes or a podcast, flickering candles, and scented bubbles. The king-size log bed is plush for your journey to dreamland, and there's a mounted flatscreen TV with a DVD player for entertainment in bed or with your bath. The cabin also features a sleeper sofa for extra guests, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi to use throughout your Pigeon Forge vacation.

To note for travel, the driveway is paved with a sharp curve and some bumps before reaching the top; this property is not motorcycle friendly.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Titanic Museum. Enjoy features like a spa tub. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a fireplace in the cabin.

Honeymoon get away!
We stayed in this cabin on our honeymoon, the cabin was overall a great place to stay the only down sides were the drive to the cabin was a little difficult in a car, the incline of the road and the driveway to the cabin were pretty steep. Also the water at the cabin had a terrible smell, and they say it’s safe to drink but I couldn’t get past the smell. I know they use well water but the smell was unlike any well water I have ever drank. This was over all a nice clean place to stay, and it was only a short drive to get to and from pigeon forge.

Perfect location and close to everything
Beautiful setting and 20 mins from pigeon forge. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the hot tub, porch swing and the quite! But the downfalls..first at times there was a strong sewage smell coming from the water when using shower or bath, the place was dusty with cobwebs and floors not clean and last the DVD player sometimes works. Would I stay there again,no but we made the best of it. If these things were fixed it would be a 5 star!

Nice getaway
The cabin was a nice quaint property. Closely located to Pigeon Forge. Cabin provided for a quiet location where we could watch local wildlife and enjoy our cup of coffee and glass of wine on the front porch or in the hot tub. The WiFi is extremely slow and basically non-existent which could be good in a way. Especially when trying to disconnect from work, however, would have been helpful when wanting to share your experiences with family and friends.

Neglected Cabin/Could have been great.
• the cabin was very dusty and there were cobwebs everywhere...the closet was filled with dust & storage/boxes so we couldn’t hang our clothes. • no place to put suitcases...only on the floor or the bed. • the coffe pot did not operate properly & the hairdryer was broken • the bathroom door was gross, covered in dust and who knows what • the A/C had a hard time keeping up, probably because the cold air return was filthy. I cleaned it the best I could but I only had Clorox wipes. • the screened in porch was filthy and the screens were torn • a large tree fell across our driveway over night before our last day of vacation. We reported this at 8am to Cabins for You. Another cabin shared the same driveway and the guest staying there missed his sons wedding as a result of this. We waited for maintenance to come to move the tree but no one showed for 6 hours! So with no gloves or tools, we broke the branches and moved the tree ourselves with help from our friends who were on vacation with us but staying elsewhere.
