We thought the room would be nicer compared to the lobby and building looks. Parking was a long distance to navigate to the hotel through the buildings. Because of it we didn’t bother leaving the hotel much. The price of parking was crazy even though I’m sure the hotel has no baring in those. However the hotel is nicely located to things in walking distance. It was very quiet and we slept well but a fan in the room would be nice.

I felt very clostophobic in the room there was no ventilation & without using the heat still the room temperature was very high. Almost unbearable that I had to open the door to breathe. Rest everything was good and yes there was no drinking water in d room to which I’ll add I’m not sure weather they keep it usually for customers or not !

Parking not included. 28$ for one night is INSANE. They didn’t tell you until afterwards. Also, $150 damage deposit per room that they fail to mention on Expedia as well. Was WAY more expensive than what the original plan was. No breakfast included, wasn’t really a great deal. Rooms were nice tho! AC units were very noisy and old.

Very close to the Casino Nova Scotia and Halifax Waterfront.Indoor passageway that brings you to most places downtown halifax. Lobby was very clean and staff were really nice! Hotel room was not as clean as we would of expected, there was stains in the bathtub and we could see that the room has not been renovated in a while.We could also hear everyone walking by in the hall and the cleaning storage was right beside our room and the noise woke us up in the morning. But overall nice staff and great spot if you’re planing to spend a night downtown Halifax!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was not the place we expected. The room was absolutely disgusting—dirty, dingy, and nothing like the photos we had seen online. It was clear the space was not properly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in addressing our concerns. Instead of offering any kind of solution or assistance, we were met with incompetence and indifference. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and book another hotel immediately. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. It’s not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.
