No problems but was not told there was major construction around hotel until after I booked making it more inconvenient to find parking. Should have been free asking or something for the inconvenience. Other then that I was happy with my stay

Great hotel if you do not need WIFI!
All I can say is the room was good, clean great location but they have a serious issue with their WIFI. I made a call at the desk, tell them the issue and the response was, can I call you back which they never did. Not to concern about service.

What the heck! To have to park a block away - BEFORE check in and than haul your luggage a block through parkade, food court, scotia bulding, up and down escalators and elevators just to get to check in! What were you thinking! The whole process of where to park, how to check in and how to get your luggage was confusing, frustrating, and difficult - and it needn't have been! We understand construction - but there's got to be a better way for your guests!

Hotel location is great, but the rooms and decor are dated. I had previously stayed in a room with a king bed on the 3rd floor, which was slightly nicer. This round was a double bed on the first floor, and the room was shabbier. There was a dirty cat litter box in the stairwell (?) and when I told the front desk upon checkout they seemed uninterested. Tempo restaurant for breakfast is a great spot.

Old unmaintained property with mold growing under the soap dish in tub. Easy to miss while by cleaning staff. No microwave in room is a problem. There’s absolutely no fresh air in room windows don’t open.

You can’t drive up to check in unless you are ready to take on some construction workers who believe they are supreme rulers. Tv does not work. Park blocks away. Pillows are ok

Problems with free parking at checkin and checkout. Confusing and extremely long instructions about initial car unloading area. Missing basic info like street name to access it.

Need some help
I felt the hotel was dated for the cost, the AC was non existing we had it to 16 and still hot in the room, told front desk said they went and fixed it, but all it did then was smelled musty. I paid to upgrade to a king bed room and if that was the upgrade it wasn't worth it. We had blown a fuse cause 2 of us used a hair dryer at the sametime. Lamps blew out on the side table and one 1/2 of the bathroom light would come on and off. Bed was comfortable and thats it. Won't be staying again.

When checking in, I was completely unaware that visa debit would not be accepted. The clerk was unapologetic and made me feel stupid for not knowing this. I don’t have credit card, and have never had an issue anywhere else using visa debit. I would also like to add that the room didn’t seem to be cleaned well. There was a dirty napkin on the floor when we got there.
