It was clean, little dated, aircon needed in lobby and lifts. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing with variety and range. Need more staff around to assist. Good value for money, nice pool area. Need more people cleaning rooms as it was always late in the day before room was cleaned.

Pictures cannot convey the amazing architecture and facilities, nor the attentive, friendly service throughout the hotel. Our suite was amazing, the infinity pool had a great view, the bar service outstanding, breakfast fit for a king, with both local and western options. Easy walkability, all in all, a prefect place to stay.

The hotel is nice but should put more lighting in the suite corridor especially in front of the lift. Its very dark there. They should spray more air fresheners inside the room and hallways as it doesn't smell that good. The rooms floors are not shiny. The steps outside the hotel should be marked as it is not safe for guests. I lost my step twice because the color is the same i didn't notice it's a step down.
