We have been staying at Sky Ranch Lodge for Over 30 years. It has always been the best kept secret and after some time it has been regularly updated and brought to its current state of excellence. Bravo, it is lovely, quaint and unique as well as a high end resort.

The location was incredibly convenient, with Thunder Mountain towering right in front of us and Airport Mesa within walking distance, making it easy to catch both the sunset and sunrise. While it felt more like a lodge than a hotel, the room exceeded our expectations—it was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The interior decor was tasteful, and the amenities, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and a well-functioning shower, were all excellent. The backyard was well-maintained, adding to the charm, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They even provided complimentary water, coffee, tea, and cookies. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place and area. The view is only for a few rooms. Most of them have no view at all and you have to keep the windows closed at all time. The lights outside never turn off. It was hard to sleep. View from the hotel was amazing. Also the jacuzzi was the best part of the stay.

High Noise Levels from Neighbors
The property is lovely, and the location is great if you want to hike the Airport Mesa Vortex. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but unfortunately I was assigned a downstairs room. The guests above walked very heavy and were dropping things. I called guest services and asked them to speak to them about keeping it down. It did not stop, and continued until late and started again at 5:30am as they were checking out early. The guests beside me were obviously getting busy on a few occasions in the night, and at 5:40am. The walls are very thin. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but unfortunately the noise level from other guests makes the stay very uncomfortable

The staff at Sky Ranch was excellent, and the shuttle was a fantastic amenity for guests since the lodge is atop a big hill. Gorgeous views and lots to do nearby. We really enjoyed our time there!

Wonderful Getaway!!
So pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the rooms are as they don't look like much from the exterior! Beautiful flooring and furnishings, spacious room, lots of light and storage, huge TV for a hotel room, mini fridge with separate freezer section, large round table with chairs inside plus seating outside. Particularly loved the garden area with running water between buildings. Only downside (which is also an upside!) is that it's right next to the Sedona Airport so a bit noisy during daylight hours. Gorgeous views around the lodge more than make up for it. Highly recommend!!
