Sedona Moondance Manor offers everything you want for the perfect Sedona-style getaway. You will be located right off the Red Rock Loop, putting you near many hiking and biking trails and surrounding you with gorgeous red rock vistas.

The newly built home is 1,350 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an additional casita with 500 square feet and a third bedroom and bathroom, to comfortably accommodate six guests.

You will access main house from the upper level deck (up a flight of exterior stairs) and through the front door. You'll step into the main living space that holds the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The casita is located on the 1st/ground level.

Living Room: The living room has contemporary furnishings including a spacious sectional, and a 55” Smart TV. The space encompasses the dining area and features high ceilings to provide an open feel. Step out onto the deck where you'll find patio seating where you can enjoy the surrounding views.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen space features stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range, stone counters, a center island with seating for four, and terrific surrounding views.

Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for four.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, deck access, and the en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Master Bedroom 2 — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, deck access, the en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Casita/Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, kitchenette, Smart TV and a full private bathroom offering a tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Areas:
The 2nd level deck offers outdoor furniture seating to enjoy the views. There is a patio off to the side of the house with a gas BBQ and a fire table with surrounding stone seating.

Holiday Getaway

The house was just as described - very clean, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. It as great because all the traffic is in the center of Sedona. Only minor issues were no games - not even a deck of cards -, beds were ok for comfort and we could have used a few extra blankets. The stairs were not an issue for us but would be hard for some. Made using the barbecue challenging as had to keep running up and down the stairs with food, ecct. Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Stay

We booked relatively last minute and were super happy with the quality of the house we lucked into for a holiday week. House was very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed and we were able to have a proper Thanksgiving dinner with the amount of cookware/serving dishes/ mixers etc. The property isn’t too far outside of town, but the road is sketchy in the dark - so if you’re uncomfortable with winding roads, maybe look elsewhere.

Incredible view of Cathedral Rock!!!

Great hiking in the neighborhood area. From the Crescent Moon Picnic site you can take Red Rock Crossing Trail to Templeton Trail and end up at the Trail that leads up to Cathedral Rock Vortex. This is an incredible place to stay, very quiet and the view from the kitchen is outstanding/breath taking!!

Traffic due to construction next door and adjacent properties was excessive. It was unexpectedly noisy and busy. Fan in main living area was inoperable. Hot water was very limited. The property itself was clean and nicely laid out.

Red rock views!

Such a beautiful spot with amazing views! We didn’t even use the apartment downstairs but we had everything we needed for going out exploring during the day and coming back to eat dinner and relax in the evening. Very clean and easy to check in and beautiful view from all the windows.

Gorgeous House with Amazing Views

Great stay here for a friend vacation. The house is beautiful and has a view of the red rocks from every single room in the house. It was just 3 of us, so we each had our own bedroom. But this place can comfortably accommodate twice as many people if you wanted to do a couples trip. The listing is very accurate and the property management company provide tons of communication before the reservation, during (for checkout) via email and left a binder with just about everything you needed to know in the house. Incredibly clean, new appliances, everything you could need. Heads up & suggestions: Wish there had been a floor mat just inside the door, especially since it was raining part of the time that we were there. There is a park pass included in the binder, but would have been helpful if there was a section in the binder that clearly stated what parks we could and couldn't use it at. The house is just a couple miles off of the main road. However, keep in mind that it is a winding, 2-lane 2-way road that does not have street lights. It's incredibly dark, so plan your day accordingly if you don't want to be out in the evenings or just be extra careful.

Our family loved this house, very new and trendy with great incredible views all around the house. Nicely decorated and very modern. The only thing we didn’t realize until we arrived is that the third bedroom is only accessible from the outside on the first floor. So it’s really a 2-bedroom with a “guest house/room” with bath/kitchenette on the first floor. This was a big deal to us since we had kids with us. Didn’t have a way to get to that bedroom unless we went outside and down the stairs to the other side of the house. Wasn’t super clear on the listing that there is no access to it directly from the main house. Other than that, loved our stay.

Overall, great stay!

Everything was great about this location, beautiful views. The only complaints we had were 1. The air didn’t work for us. Luckily the ceiling fans were big and fast enough to cool it down. 2. The casita room down stairs was not able to be secured. We couldn’t figure out how to lock the sliding door from both the inside or the outside. Other than that, we would definitely return!

Close to everything you need but away from the tourist traps

Great property in a valley just outside the west side of town. View from every room, great to spread out with a group that needs three bedrooms, each with their own shower / bathroom. The kitchen was great for food prep and there is even a new BBQ outside that works well for yet another option. The neighborhood is quiet and there are even a few solid hikes just 5 min away! Highly recommended.
