SEDONA GRINCH TRIP!
The stay was fine. A few issues were that the tv signal was weak on most channels and that there is no elevator so bringing luggage up to any 2nd level room is a serious chore! But the property was beautiful, well-kept and serene. Goal accomplished!!

It's a nice and convenient property, nestled between several such resort properties. Restaurants are within walking distance and many others within easy driving distance. The property is a bit old, so the furniture is old and other fixtures look old. The bed was the worst - am accustomed to nice beds in other Hilton properties and this one was sagging in the middle. People were nice. Access to rooms is not as easy because you may have to lug your bags up some stairs even for the first floor condos. Very spacious, clean kitchen and bathroom, so well worth the money.

We liked that it was just outside of downtown Sedona so not dealing with traffic. Easy parking. The kitchen is great to have. Property was clean, quiet, and safe.

Nice property, clean, nice views. Parking seemed limited. Needed to park a distance from our villa. We also needed to extend an extra night due to flight delays. The hotel was able to accommodate, however the nightly rate was more than double our original reservation nightly rate.

We had a nice comfortable 3 night stay here. Being a time share we did have to skirt an aggressive sales person when we checked in but it was fine - everyone has a job to do. Our unit was well equipped and when we asked for a couple of things, the staff was very responsive. Easy to recommend this hotel
